Postazione 10! Casa top!

Pro: Tutto perfetto! La casa è uno spettacolo, la posizione da 10, ti cambia in meglio la permanenza in città specialmente se devi starci per pochi giorni! Se vogliamo fare un piccolo appunto il prezzo… 300 euro a notte compreso la tassa di soggiorno per 4 persone forse è un po’ esagerato! Ma meglio questa che un B&B a 2 km dal centro!

Contro: La casa ha il boiler dell’acqua molto piccolo.. e due persone su quattro hanno dovuto fare un pezzo di doccia con l’acqua fredda

Non è una recensione negativa ma dei consigli per migliorare.

Pro: La posizione è davvero ottima, l'appartamento è super spazioso e super accessoriato. Forno, forno a microonde, tre mega televisori, Netflix, accessori e prodotti per le pulizie, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, insomma una vera casa completa al centro della città. Tutto è nelle vicinanze, non abbiamo avuto bisogno della macchina o di mezzi pubblici.

Contro: Il rumore H24 nelle camere da letto, le finestre non sono ben insonorizzate e si sente tutta la notte il rumore della cappa o di una cella frigo dei locali sottostanti. Il check-in a distanza deve essere migliorato, i messaggi non erano abbastanza chiari, la prima sera ho avuto problemi ad entrare e alle 23:30 non rispondeva nessuno al telefono, questo è stato un problema. La doccia non ha la porta e si bagna tutto.

Pro: Very Luxurious and spacious appartment. One can get lost inside the appartment. Walking distance from Santa Maria Novella station. Walking distance to all major attractions and very close to Florence Duomo Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. Lots of good Italian restaurants nearby. Very good Indian restaurant, 'Crown of India' is also accessible walking.

Large spacious apartment in central location

Pro: We were happy with the size of the unit, plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was tastefully decorated, lighting was superb. Aircon during our stay was excellent, except for night noise. Laundry facilities were great, could have used a clothes hanger for drying. It was in a very central location, easily walkable from the train station and city sights.

Contro: The mattresses were very soft, and not comfortable to our liking (even though we had asked about them prior to our stay as we had read other reviews about them). The WiFi was very spotty when we were there, and we notified the host. Kitchen utensils were lacking, notably a sharp knife for preparing meals. Aircon night noise was loud unfortunately and kept us awake. Could have used umbrellas in the unit, as we purchased some to stay dry for the rainy days.

Pro: Fantastic location with a balcony overlooking a bustling square although quiet at night. Walking distance to all the sights. Very spacious and stylishly decorated apartment. Seemed to have everything we need although didn't stay in much.

Contro: The aircon is fixed at an higher temperature than I would have liked to sleep in and no adjustments could be made. However the apartment had fans so used these instead.
