Una settimana fiorentina.
Pro: Appartamento carino gradevole comodo per posizione vicino alla fermata del tram. Dotazioni adeguate, ascensore.
Contro: Difficile parcheggiare l'auto. Il termosifone nella sala non funzionava, scomodo il tavolo con sgabelli. Nessuna istruzione per usare la TV con Netflix.

Pro: Buona posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione della tramvia. Struttura accogliente, al terzo piano, con ascensore. Pulita, con arredamenti nuovi e ben tenuti.
Contro: Servirebbe qualche coperta in più e un sistema di riscaldamento più semplice da usare.

Nice, quiet affordable apartment to stay in Florence
Pro: Location was good, in a quiet area approximately 20min tram/bus from the city centre. Supermarkets a short walk away. Facilities within the apartment where good, everything was clean. Check-in and check-out easy and straightforward

Fancy, clean apartment, but far from the center and poor communication from the rental company
Pro: The apartment was very beautiful, fresh, and clean. The kitchen facilities were great, and the bathroom was spotless. Overall, the apartment itself was just perfect, exactly as shown in the photos. I would have rated it a 10 if not for the issues below.
Contro: The communication with the company renting out the apartment was very poor. First, you have to handle the city tax registration and temporary resident registration yourself, which was quite annoying: it took around 20 minutes and required uploading personal documents like passports to a third-party website, which didn’t feel secure. In four other Italian apartments we rented during our trip, the hosts simply took photos of our passports and completed these procedures themselves. Second, our bus from Bologna was delayed by an hour, and I informed the company right away via WhatsApp since check-in was free only until 21:00. They responded that if we arrived later, we’d be charged an extra 25 euros, regardless of the delay not being our fault. In the end, we were precisely five minutes late and had to rush. Thankfully, the very nice lady who met us (not the one responding from the office) said she would convince the office not to charge us, and she did. Still, I think the company could have avoided creating so much stress over a slightly late check-in, especially since we kept them updated. The location was also quite far from the center, with an unpleasant walk along busy roads.

We liked the flat a lot. It was near the metro station, in a quiet area.
Pro: Nearly everything. The flat was comfortable and clean.
Contro: There was no any carpet in front of the shower cabin. Everything else was fine.

Pro: Good apartment with great location. It’s really close to shopping mall and public transport, not too far from centre and direct connection with the airport! It’s pretty clean and quiet neighbourhood. In case you want have a dinner nearby, there is a great restaurant 600 metres apart. Please check the attached photo! We travelled in January, so we didn’t used AC, but it’s really warm flat. There was no problem to use kitchen or dishwasher . Please pay attention there is no coffee machine. We didn’t use washing machine.
Contro: Check in. It’s really hard to predict your sharp ETA in advance and then someone needs to wait.

Pro: Very clean, renovated. Manager Rafaal was quite professional.
Contro: One pair of keys. If you travel with friends and you have different plans it is quite uncomfortable. To provide us with one more pair of keys they refused. No coffee machine. Loud neighbours upstairs. They are wearing high heels at 6 o'clock mornings🤣 and walk all over your heads.
