Pro: Comfortable apartment with pleasant balcony. Comfy beds. Tram link to City Centre.

Contro: Out of centre location.

There were some disadvantages, but we still liked our stay. Most of all - the cute balcony

Pro: Clean, bright and nice apartment. It was a good stay. We liked a balcony. Quiet and calm, thanks. When we asked for a knife, they brought it for us (because it was only for bread). The salt, oil, everything for washing the dishes and clothes and soap were provided.

Contro: Another chairs in reality (in comparison to photo), they don’t fit as chairs in photo. Small shower cabin. Very strong conditioner, hard to use windows because of mosquitos. Not very comfortable sink in kitchen. Not clean washing machine. You have to download the app, register and TOUCH THE TRASH BIN BY YOUR PHONE (NFC) to throw out the trash. Took time and it was not hygienic( No duvet for the blanket. Only two sheets and blanket between them. We find this unhygienic too. Because when you sleep it is usually messy. But despite some disadvantages we still liked our stay.

Pro: Great location very close to shopping mall and tram station.

Contro: All was good

Pro: Only 20 minutes from Florence SMN train station, very easy to get here by streetcar. Sage quiet complex. Clean and comfortable stay, host was responsive.

Pro: Przepiękny apartament, w spokojnej, bezpiecznej dzielnicy. Przepiękny widok na dziedziniec z balkonu. Bardzo polecam!

It was a fine place to stay for our three day stay in Florence.

Pro: Just a short walk to a tram line that takes you into the city.

Perfect cozy place to go back to after a long day of eating, walking, exploring

Pro: The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and has all the amenities you need during your stay. Don't even worry about it not being directly in the city center, as the tram (5 mins away on foot) is reliable and regular. Also, it was nice to get away from the busy center at the end of a long day of exploring.

Contro: There are only 2 issues that I can think of. Having the windows open at night is a bit problematic because of the mosquitos. Also, there were builders that started working quite early in the morning on the ground floor under the balcony, but that shouldn't be a big issue if you go out to the city in the morning anyway.
