Meri Apartment

Pro: L'appartamento è molto bello e accogliente, pulito, ottima la vicinanza dei supermercati, a 5 minuti c è il tram che ti porta in centro in 20 minuti

Contro: Praticamente niente... Solo piccoli accorgimenti come per esempio che la cucina era sprovvista si scottex...ma noi restando solo per due notti non abbiamo chiesto alla proprietaria dell'appartamento

Pro: Appartamento molto pulito, vicino a mezzi pubblici e a 15 min dal centro, zona tranquilla con supermercato nelle vicinanze

Contro: La scala interna un po’ scomoda

Pro: Appartamento pulito e attrezzato di tutto. Comodissimo per la fermata del tram.

Pro: Apartment was clean and nice host Meri met us at check in and explained everything. Close to supermarket, cafes and tram.

Contro: The only thing I can say is the tap position in the sink in the bathroom was a little awkward.

sweet apartment

Pro: well designed and nice apartment. it is very close to the supermarket. Garage parking with fee is very convenient for foreigners.

Contro: ZTL in florence is very complicated. if there is a map explaining the ZTL policy, it will be great.

Pro: The location worked well as it was slightly out of town but close to the tram and there were great local shops and restaurants! The apartment was clean and comfortable and modern with great beds and communication with Meri was mostly very clear.

Contro: There was some confusion on arrival as we were at the apartment at the agreed meeting time but no-one answered the doorbell. We phoned Meri after ten mins and then discovered that she lives in the adjoining apartment and had not heard the doorbell. The other things to be aware of are that the marble stairs in the apartment worried me for slip risks with our boys with socks on, the sitting area was quite small for all four of us to get really comfy ( room for one sofa and four dining chairs). Lastly, there was a definite damp smell downstairs (unavoidable I'm sure) but just to be aware of this.

Friendly host who was very unintrusive with a great pizzeria round the corner!

Pro: The apartment had all we needed for a short city stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and a lovely host. A short walk to the tram passing some local cafes and a bakery, then just a few stops into central Florence. The tram service is frequent and reliable.

Contro: Nothing - we were very happy.

Pro: Good location, great communication, comfortable for family stay, basics provided, next to a top pizzeria:)
