Pro: Proprietari disponibili e molto carini. Casa pulita e accogliente. Veramente consigliato. In caso tornassimo sarà sicuramente il posto in cui ci piacerebbe rialloggiare.

Contro: Pulizia, Disponibilità del personale, Casa fornita di tutto (asciugamani, stoviglie, saponi, carta igienica…)

Pro: Good location, the house was clean and warm. There is everything you need for your stay in Florence. The host is kind and ready to help

Overall great experience.

Pro: Very spacious house, well equipped with everything that you need in it - stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery and 2 dining tables. Clothes could be hand washed and hanged on the balcony outside. Smart TV with access to streaming. A/C (living room) and Wi-fi worked great. Location was good, just a few minutes from the main tram line, which operates very well. Gabriele was very welcoming and helpful, despite not speaking english.

Contro: The bedroom doesn’t have A/C, just a fan, and gets quite hot and stuffy during the day. (Summer)

A spacious 2 bed apartment in a quiet neighborhood just 20 min away from the city centre

Pro: Gabriele is an extremely nice host. We were two colleagues sharing the flat and arriving at different times and he offered to meet each of us separately and gave each a set of keys. Arriving from Peretola airport is extremely easy and affordable by tram (currently 1.70€ - 15 min) and so is the connection to the city centre (same price - 20 min). With the amount of tourists arriving in Florence every day it's really nice to stay in a more quiet and residencial area. There are a couple of very nice restaurants nearby and more than one supermarket. Unifi is just a 10 min walk from the house. Both rooms are big, beds are comfortable, the shower is really good, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The internet works perfectly.

Home away from home

Pro: Beautiful little apartment close to the tram stop. Peaceful neighbourhood and nice restaurants close by. The hosts are super friendly and helpful.

Kändes positivt och genuint att bo i lägenheten.

Pro: Bra område. Trevligt bemötande av värden. Trivsam lägenhet som kändes som ett hem. Nära till kyrkan och lätt att komma i kontakt med italienare i närområdet. Tydliga instruktioner i lägenheten för hjälp vid behov. Vill gärna komma tillbaks!

Pro: The apartment was very comfortable with great location and a great host. The Host - Gabriele helped us with every aspect - from early check-in so suggesting local places and photographers. We had a memorable trip thanks to him!

Большая, комфортная, но очень шумная

Pro: Квартира большая. 2 спальни! Это было отлично. Удобная кухня-гостиная. Достаточно чисто и комфортно. Есть кухонные принадлежности, холодильник и посудомоечная машина. Хозяин приветливый и внимательный, был на связи всё время. Всегда быстро отвечал на просьбы. До трамвайной остановки идти 7 минут, до центра на трамвае - 5 остановок.

Contro: Очень сильный шум с улицы, так как 2 этаж и старые рамы - пропускают все звуки.
