Pro: The owners are very friendly and kind. The apartment is located close to the tourist attractions.
Contro: Noise- because the apartment is located at the 1st floor and on the ground floor there are restaurants that have music and create noise.

Pro: Lovely place, great location for the train and sights, nice local discounts offered
Contro: Shower wasn’t very warm or strong, lots of noise from the street and neighbours, plugs in bedroom don’t work with international adapter

Pro: Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del Duomo. Camas cómodas y todo muy limpio. El anfitrión, estupendo.
Contro: Demasiado ruido los fines de semana debido a estar justo encima de una zona de bares y restaurantes,.pero es lo que tiene al estar en el centro. El agua de la ducha salía con muy poca fuerza.

Almost perfect stay
Pro: The location was amazing for us being so near to the train station and to all the sights we wanted to see. Even the Uffizi which looked far on the map was a pleasant and easy walk. The entry was between 2 eateries - both offering discounts to guests staying here - and the “noise” for us was charming and couldn’t be heard from our bedrooms. Just note that it’s one floor up with no lift. The property itself was comfortable and spacious although showing signs of age. It also had attractive amenities provided which were what drew me to book - washer, dryer, full kitchen…
Contro: But… for some strange reason, there was no kettle (has a coffee machine and stove for boiling water in a pot), scouring pad but no dishwashing liquid (used the small bar of soap provided for bathing), no dishwasher tablet/detergent and no laundry detergent (was told it was stolen so I went and bought my own capsules). The second bedroom was great (contains a single bed) but entry was through the main bedroom so no privacy for both rooms 😅

Pro: Vieta labai gera, visur galima nueiti pėsčiomis. Butas labai erdvus ir tvarkingas. Yra skalbimo mašina, džiovyklė, indaplovė, kapsulinis kavos aparatas, gaila arbatinuko nėra, bet mes ant dujinės pašildėme vandenį, tad problemos kaip ir nėra.
Contro: Vakarais prie langų kur eina į gatvę labai triukšminga, nes labai daug kavinių ir turistų, bet čia suprantama kai renkiesi tokia vietą. Aišku galima pakeisti langus kurie ne taip praleidžia triukšmą. Tualetas su dušu neužsirakina, tad keliaujant su daugiau žmonių kyla privatumo problemų. Nedidelis minusas, bet pirmą kartą pasitaikė, kad nebuvo aliejaus ir indų ploviklio ir indaplovei priemonių. Ir išvažiuojant mus palydėjo didžiulis tarakonas kuris labiausiai sugadino nuotaiką.

Perfecta opción en Florencia
Pro: El apartamento está muy muy bien ubicado y puedes visitar la ciudad andando. Es fantástica si ubicación cerca de la estación de tren y del Duomo Tiene lavadora, horno, microondas y lavavajillas. Es muy nuevo y limpio y grande. TV enorme con un sofá cama muy cómodo. TV con internet. Camas cómodas. Tiene aire acondicionado.
Contro: El check in generó dudas al hacerse mediante una aplicación y no ser correcto el importe de la tasa. Luego lo solventaron pero durante esos minutos hubo malas sensaciones. Es auto chech in por lo que nadie te da consejos ni te reciben. Tiene unas 25 escaleras para subir al apartamento lo que resulta incómodo con maletas y carrito de bebé. Lla entrada del edificio desprende olores fuertes del restaurante. La zona de la ducha tal vez merece una renovación

Pro: Ev eski bina olmasına rağmen cok temizdi. Bulunduğu sokak cok güzeldi en işlek sokaklardan biriydi. 3 yaşındaki kızımızla konakladık, cocukla da konforluydu. Sadece daire 2. Katta bulunuyor, asansör yok bebek arabası ve valizlerle zorlu olabiliyor ama İtalya seyahati için zaten bunu göze almıştık. Altında bulunan restaurantta %10 indirim uygulanıyor, eve girmeden her akşam bir seyler içip öyle cıktık :) ev sahibi de oldukça nazik biriydi, sorduğumuz her şeye oldukça kibar cevap verdi.
