Posizione ottima per visitare la città e appartamento nel complesso confortevole.
Pro: Appartamento comodo, in palazzo storico e in posizione veramente ottima per visitare la città. Pulito e dotato dei necessari confort. Cucina, soggiorno, camera e letti tutto ok. Quartiere turistico e multi-etnico, con molti locali e negozi nelle vicinanze (Mercato Generale/S.Lorenzo a pochi passi). Sig.ra Valentina molto gentile, precisa e disponibile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che buono.
Contro: Bagno un po' piccolo e non caldissimo: in questi giorni invernali molto freddi il piccolo scalda-asciugamani non era sufficiente a riscaldarlo; la cosa è comunque facilmente risolvibile lasciando aperta la porta che dà direttamente sulla stanza da letto. L'appartamento è al secondo piano e la scala di accesso un pochino ripida - tipica dei palazzi storici di questo tipo - potrebbe risultare un po' scomoda per persone con limitata capacità di deambulazione. Se venite in auto, tenete conto che i garage in zona/centro sono veramente cari (35 Euro/giorno, più che a Milano/Roma).

It was very comfortable we would love to come back again.
Pro: We enjoyed our stay in this property. The flat is on the second floor. You reach it with two steep flights of stairs. The flat is well equipped. There is living room and a separate bedroom.

Comfy bed!
Pro: Very comfy bed which was very much appreciated after long walks in the beautiful city of Florence. Large clean space equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. Bathroom was on the smaller size but it wasn't much of a problem, just remember to pump the flush button a couple of times to start the flow of water. 10min walk from the train station. Close to all the major attractions which are within 10-25mins of walking.
Contro: Please put bigger side tables. There is no lift access and very high narrow steps to reach the 2nd floor. Ground floor smelled like sewage, which I've heard is common in Florence.

Pro: Spacious apartment. We didn't see any staff. However, they were at the other end of the phone for any questions, and we received details on the day of arrival for entry. They also recommended a few restaurants. Within a short walk to all main attractions. Pont Vecchio was only 15 minutes. Take cash, all businesses ask for cash payment where possible! Sofa bed was comfortable.
Contro: Not a complaint, just a recommendation perhaps....we loved the San Lorenzo Market, which was less than a 5 minute's walk away, and so we cooked a couple of nights. Therefore, some extra crockery, etc, would have been handy as the dishwasher was available. i.e. two sets of everything would have been better. Noise from street, but to be expected, you are in the centre, more noticeable in kitchen area where sofa bed is placed.

Pro: Closed to center area, big rooms, have kitchinet, dinning table, one expandable bed in living/kitchinet area, and double bed in separete room.
Contro: We didn't had an issue, however take note that you can hear noise from street or maybe we didn't closed windows properly.

Ruim centraal gelegen appartement.
Pro: Ruim appartement met aparte slaapkamer met goed bed (1,60 m breed) en comfortabel zetelbed in de living/eetkamer. Keuken met goede oven.
Contro: De trappen zijn niet altijd even hoog, het vraagt wel een inspanning om tot de 2e verdieping te geraken - maar er is een goede trapleuning. Oordopjes zijn wenselijk voor wie in het zetelbed vooraan slaapt.
