Oasis apartment in central Florence
Pro: This apartment is an oasis! It has a really lovely feel, spacious, well-equiped, comfortable. The apartment team are excellent and Neri, who met us on arrival, was very helpful. Not far from the station and an easy walk into city centre. Close to central market.
Contro: Nothing really but just to bear in mind… the location means there can be night time noise. The apartment has a couple of restaurants downstairs on either side which can add to this noise. We didn’t have windows open at night. However it is a lovely place to stay and we enjoyed it.

A large, comfortable apartment with a great central location.
Pro: The apartment was close to the centre of Florence and had all facilities we needed with very comfortable beds.
Contro: The toilet flush was unusual and there was no sign to say how to operate it so at first thought we could not use the toilet. Also the sitting area was a little cold at night so a small heater or blankets provided would have made it more comfortable.

Pro: Very nice and comfy apartment in the center of firenze. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was always kind and helpful. We definetly can recommend this apartment.

Pro: Beautifully decorated, big room size, big bathroom
Contro: It had a lot of mosquitoes in the place, and the hallway was quite dark even with the light on. I was not able to use the air conditioner. There was no elevator

Pro: Velmi pěkný apartmán (byt) jen několik minut od železničního nádraží S.M.N. Dobrá poloha na severní části oblasti města, která vás bude turisticky zajímat. Historické centrum Florencie není zase tak velké, takže na všechna zajímavá místa dojdete bez problému pěšky, místní dopravu jsme vůbec nevyužili. V okolí apartmánu je velké množství obchodů, občerstvení, restaurací, stačí si vybrat. Navíc prakticky hned vedle (3 minuty chůze) je známé tržiště Mercato Centrale. Samotný apartmán je velmi prostorný a plně vybavený, nemělo by vám nic chybět. Bezproblémová komunikace, možnost vyplnit elektronický check-in ještě před příjezdem (ušetříte čas na místě), předání klíčů přesně v domluvený čas, check-out také v pohodě (necháte klíče v bytě). Byli jsme spokojení :-).

Exceptional accommodations in an exceptional location in Florence!
Pro: Beautiful well appointed and stocked apartment within minutes of main attractions and train station Living area was comfortable. Apartment is extremely spacious. Water pressure and temperature were outstanding. Bedding and towels smelled so clean!!! Apartment was quiet and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and was in constant communication. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone spending time in Florence. It exceeded our expectations!

Departamento increíble!! Sumamente recomendable
Pro: El departamento increíble, cómodo, muy grande, decorado exquisitamente. Las camas buenísimas. La ubicación genial, íbamos caminando a todos lados, está a 5 cuadras de la estación de tren. La señorita que nos recibió sumamente simpática, nos explicó todo muy amablemente. Volvería siempre. Lo recomiendo.
