Zita Apartment by Mamo Florence

Pro: Appartamento pulito, ben arredato e molto spazioso. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico di Firenze

Pro: Posizione strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse a piedi. Elettrodomestici e arredi praticamente nuovi. Complementi (bicchieri/posate/elettrodomestici/strumenti da cucina ecc) tutto presente e perfetto. Bagno spazioso.

Contro: Il muro dietro il letto matrimoniale consumato dalla muffa, probabilmente perché dietro il muro c’è esattamente la doccia del bagno. Rumorosità proveniente dalla strada causata probabilmente da serramenti non perfettamente isolanti. Manca a mio avviso un corrimano per le scale che portano alla camera del secondo piano.

Pro: Spacious, comfortable accommodation centrally located. Mere steps from the heart of Firenze. Fast attention via phone and text message for whatever we needed.

Contro: I really liked everything.

Great apartment to stay at while visiting Florence

Pro: Great location, the apartment was a great size and clean. When we had an issue, the owner sorted it while we were out, keeping us fully informed of what was going on. Would recommend.

Nice place to stay with lots of room.

Pro: This was an easy location to get to and explore the city from. It's less than 10min walk from the train and the Duomo is only 10min walk away. The apartment is simple but well appointed with everything you need. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Contro: There are some narrow stairs to get up to access the apartment but this was only a small inconvenience on the first day when we arrived with our bags. Two of the beds are also located in a mezzanine level which is accessed by steep stairs so if you have mobility issues this apartment might become frustrating but as a relatively young family (mid 40s and kids 8 & 12) we didn't find it an issue, especially given the price and location.

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and were impressed with the size and facilities.

Pro: The apartment was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked well and there was a large kitchen with appliances and a large kitchen table we could all sit around and prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of sheets and towels. The bathroom was a good size and had a decent shower. The apartment was about a 10min walk to the Duomo and we found it to be an easy walk, so much so that we often came back to the apartment for lunch to relax a bit when it was hot in the middle of the day.

Contro: When you enter the door from the street there were steps inside that lead up to the apartment. It was no problem for us but if you were elderly you may need to consider this.

Pro: Good location in Florence, for the city centre, railway and local food shops/Central market. Very good apartment, but if you have any mobility issues then the stairs from the street to the apartment are not for you, neither are the stairs to the mezzanine floor. This is mentioned in the advert, so just read it carefully.

Pro: nice apartment on upper floor (!! no lift) close to most attractions in Florence.

WELL LOCATED SIMPLE APARTMENT

Pro: Location was TOP. The host was very communicative. The parking was VERY convenient. Clean and simple.

Contro: Staircase was very narrow. A few mosquitos ruined our sleep :(

Pro: Duży, przestronny, czysty, na przywitanie ładnie ułożone ręczniki z kosmetykami na łózkach, pełna lodówka 😁

Contro: Lodówka do umycia bo czuć zapach
