Pro: Spaziosa e curata.abbiamo avuto un problema con una maniglia rotta durante il soggiorno e si son premurati in modo rapido per aggiustarla

Stunning spacious apartment with a excellent hosts

Pro: The apartment was clean and tidy. It was modern with lovely character. It had all that we needed and lots of space. We travelled as a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children ages 8, 13, 15 & 17). The location was perfect for us, not far from the train station and within walking distance of all we wanted to see. The host was very attentive to messages and replied straight away. Access to the apartment was simple. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend this apartment as a base when exploring Florence

Pro: Well stocked kitchen, close to train station, very clean and had all the amenities.

Contro: Noise from the road at night and early morning was a bit loud in the bedrooms.

Beautiful apartment, great location.

Pro: Location was great. Close to everything such as restaurants, leather goods market, duomo and shopping. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we required. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Contro: We just needed some extra toilet paper which we requested (generous offer of the hosts to provide more if required). Unfortunately we didn’t receive this as organised but it really was a minor thing. It did not affect our stay or the wonderful apartment.

Lovely comfortable apartment in a Central location.

Pro: The property location was excellent. Close to the train station and tourist attractions. San Lorenzo market was just 5 minute walk away . Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance Well equipped apartment . An information booklet would have been useful explaining WiFi, air con, and local attractions/ recommendations .

Contro: We spent one week in the property. We would have appreciated fresh towels mid week .

I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Pro: Spacious appartment in Firenze style, great location. Bottle of wine and water was waiting on a kitchen table as a welcome.

Excellent stay in this lovely light and airy apartment. A few minutes walk to all the must see.

Pro: The property had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Contro: The neighbours above were very noisy. Not Mama Florence fault but they were noisy until after midnight. The carts were taken out from garages below at 530 am and were quite noisy.
