Pro: Grandezza dell’appartamento, doppi infissi, bel paequet, posizione, servizi, letto comodo, utilissimo doppio bagno, asciugamani puliti, lenzuola pulite, luminosissimo, ideale per i long stay, qualità prezzo assolutamente coerente, positiva per Firenze
Contro: Assenza zanzariere, la pulizia poteva essere più approfondita nei pensili della cucina e negli armadi. Manca la macchinetta del caffè e ci vorrebbe un ammodernamento degli utensili della cucina. Manca anche la lavatrice per essere perfetto.

Pro: Appartamento ampio ed accogliente, oltre che ben arredato. Le docce, entrambe della Jacuzzi, sono ampie e c'è abbondante acqua calda. L'impianto di riscaldamento è ottimo anche quando fuori fa freddo. L'host è cordiale e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema

Spacious
Pro: I recently had the pleasure of staying in Masaccio Guest House in Florence for 5 days, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay.
Contro: However, there was a minor issue with transportation. While it wasn’t a major problem, it did require a bit of extra planning to navigate the city efficiently.

Great value, clean and spacious!
Pro: Check in and continued communication was fantastic. The apartment was spacious which was great for two couple travelling together. All rooms had aircon which was really appreciated in the high temperatures of June. Two full bathrooms made it easier for everyone to get up and ready.
Contro: Staying for a week, access to a washing machine would have been helpful.

Pro: The property was very spacious and in very good condition, a huge living room, kitchen with all the appliances and utensils, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. There was an elevator to get you to the apartment on the second floor. The host was very nice and available to help.
Contro: The location was a bit tricky because it was more than 30 minutes from the center, but very manageable by bus. There was just one small hair dryer and no shampoo or body wash. I suggest to the property to have slippers for a better hygiene. Nevertheless, in all it was fine.

A real gem
Pro: A lovely appartment with all the facilities you need, can host two couples easily, the two bathrooms are super helpful. The owner is very friendly, the communication was very easy. Highly recomended if you want a cosy place in Florence

Great apartment!
Pro: Great location of the apartment – a direct bus or tram takes you to the city center, or you can walk there in 20-30 minutes. The host was very friendly and handed over the keys in person. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Even in February, it was very warm inside! The building has two elevators.
Contro: It would be great to add a coat rack in the hallway for winter clothing.

A comfortable stay in Florence, not far from Campo Di Marte train station
Pro: Size of the apartment, very comfortable bed, kindness of host.
Contro: More different lights in the dining room, which was wide but only with lights from the ceiling.
