Pro: La posizione della casa era ottima - a pochi passi dal centro e dalle fermate dell‘autobus e della tram. Molti supermercati, bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. La casa era nuova, moderna, pulita e aveva tutti gli utensili (soprattutto nella bellissima cucina) di cui hai bisogno per sentirti proprio come se fossi a casa tua! Pierpaolo è stato molto gentile ed aperto ed era sempre disponibile per noi! Visto che ho studiato a Firenze ho vissuto in molte case e in molti quartieri a Firenze e non mi sono mai sentita così a proprio agio come in questa casa! È stato un soggiorno molto comodo e anche nei mesi estivi con l’aria condizionale è assolutamente perfetta questa casa! Torneremo qui al 100%!! Grazie di tutto!

I would definitely stay here again!
Pro: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location was perfect. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Overall, it was an excellent experience and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Pro: Really nice, good looking, spacious and very clean apartment with all you might need for a vacation. Great location with tram stop and big supermarket nearby. Host Pietropaolo is very friendly and gave us great recommendations. Check in was smooth and we felt warmly welcomed. Definitely recommended.
Contro: If I really have to find something to improve - better quality toiletries would be nice (just disposable shampoo sackets and solid soaps are provided) and a few more coffee capsules would be appreciated (4pcs were provided for 3ppl/3nights). And maybe some welcome gift such as wine would be a nice surprise for guests :)

Pro: We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely short stay in Florence, a short distance from the tourist district.
Pro: The property was immaculately clean and very comfortable. There was a large supermarket nearby which was very handy. Pierpaolo was an excellent host. Very attentive and welcomed us personally on our arrival. He gave us a great overview of Florence and provided recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Perfect luxury apartment
Pro: We loved this beautiful property so much, it’s brand new, very comfortable beds, loved the kitchen and living room, the bathroom and shower are fantastic. The host is amazing, we had the best sleep and will be returning. I highly recommend staying here, it’s a few minutes walk to the tram which takes you to the centre of Florence in 5 minutes. Huge fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer was a god send. The bedding and towels are very high quality, do not hesitate to book this spacious, beautiful apartment.

Modern, spacious and quiet apartment with excellent amenities and a very helpful host.
Pro: The apartment is modern, well-furnished, and located in a quiet area of Florence with convenient parking just a short walk away, without the need to enter ZTL zones(at least as far as Waze is concerned, and as at the moment of writing this review) . The kitchen is fully equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially welcome after days in the hot August sun. A large supermarket is within easy walking distance. The washing machine and dryer were in excellent condition and very convenient, particularly as we were traveling light. The host, Pierpaolo, was very responsive and helpful, and the welcome pack on arrival was a very thoughtful touch.
