Pro: L'appartamento, nomen omen, si trova nei pressi della Chiesa di San Lorenzo. È quindi in una posizione centrale, vicino al Mercato, alla Basilica, letteralmente a 5 minuti da Piazza della Repubblica. Oltre a questo, è un appartamento che conserva una tonnellata di fascino e di storia, per precisa scelta del proprietario che oltre ad essere un grande professionista è soprattutto una persona di una cultura e gentilezza impareggiabili.

Ottimo appartamento

Pro: La struttura si colloca in una posizione ottima, perciò è stato molto facile raggiungere a piedi tutto il centro di Firenze.

Contro: Niente, è andato tutto molto bene, e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Pro: appartamento ben arredato pieno di confort , pulito , posizione ideale per visitare Firenze a piedi . ottima accoglienza !

Contro: strada leggermente rumorosa per via dei magazzini sottostanti

Florence

Pro: Great location downtown, on a quiet side street with everything wiithin a few minutes walk. The central market was a 2 minutes walk. The Apartment was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable and a good size for two people

Pro: Close to the market and central to everywhere! Great information when we arrived, was a great base.

Contro: Very steep stairs up to the apartment!

Nice location in the center of Florence

Pro: Location is on a quite side street but is very close to the city historic center . Near by is the main historic food market with excellent variety.

Pro: The appartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable with all the necessary equipment. Renovated kitchen bathroom. Beautiful decoration.The location is perfect, just in the city centre , 2 minutes from duomo and close to the train station. Fair price per night. Paolo is great, he sent us directions to reach the place, waited for us, gave us a tourist map, explained us what we could visit and gave us useful tips. It was a great experience . Thank you so much Paolo! ☺️

Pro: Location. Location Location. 😀Aesthetics. Welcoming. Great central Italian style appartment.

Contro: In general, its great but if we have to be picky: The shower nozzle holder is loose. There is a bucket which captures condensation off the air conditioning which is a very slight black eye on aesthetics, of course also an appreciable and pragmatic solution to prevent water everwhere. It’s noisy - there is a water pump or something that makes noise and there is noise from the street. Having said that - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
