Just perfect!

Pro: What an absolute gem in the heart of Florence! The location couldn’t have been more perfect — right in the centre, walking distance to everything. The apartment was spotless, full of charm and character, with that perfect vintage Italian touch that made it feel so authentic and cozy. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. Honestly, it was the perfect base for exploring this beautiful city — clean, comfortable, and full of heart. Highly recommend!

Pro: Location was very central and easy to reach local restaurants, cafes and museums. The kitchen was well equipment. The apartment was clean, but the bathroom needs a bit of cleaning improvement. The host was easy to reach and communicate with.

Contro: There was a lot of noise very early in the morning from the carts, around 7am. It looked like they have them deposited in the same building where the apartment is. The water pressure was not great and there was not enough shower gel/shampoo/toilet paper.

Pro: Although it was a smallish apartment, it had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the location was exceptional 👌

Pro: Piso limpio. Camas cómodas. Hizo mucho calor en Florencia esos días, pero con el Aire Acondicionado en la casa se estaba muy bien.

Contro: Al estar cerca del mercado, a primera y a ultima hora se oía mucho ruido de los comerciantes que se llevaban el género a los almacenes que estaban en la misma calle. No es un problema de la casa, aunque se podría mejorar con mejores ventanas.

Pretty and charming apartment.

Pro: Really charming apartment. Beautiful decorations, and in the heart of historic Florence. Bed in the loft was very comfortable and the little kitchen worked out perfectly. It was nice to hear the church bells every morning. Right next to the huge gourmet marketplace.

Contro: Lots of stairs to get up to the fourth level. But it’s to be expected in older buildings.

Great location

Pro: The apartment’s location was excellent, allowing us to reach everywhere on foot. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and the young man who welcomed us was very kind and tried to help. However, there were several issues: no elevator made carrying luggage upstairs difficult, the shower was tiny with very low water pressure, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. The wardrobe downstairs was small, and there wasn’t enough space to store our suitcases. The kitchen lacked essential equipment, and the apartment felt a bit dark and dusty. Still, the central location was a big plus.

Location good for sightseeing, location bad for noise

Pro: Borgo La Noce 2 was beautifully appointed and very clean. Kitchen had everything one could need including a coffee machine. No laundry facilities but there is an ironing board and iron. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Large closet available. Enough space for three adults without a problem. All major sights within 15 minute walk and multiple restaurants nearby.

Contro: Even with double windows the noise from street level was loud. The nearby market vendors store some of their wares nearby and they drag metal carts from 7 til 9am and again in the evenings. Late night groups made noise between 2 and 3 am each night. Unfortunate, as every other aspect of this property was outstanding. The low support beam in the loft bedroom made maneuvering difficult. If you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you as there are stairs to get to this third floor property. Otherwise, go for it with earplugs!
