Pro: La posizione della casa è comoda per andare ovunque anche senza macchina.

Contro: Casa troppo fredda.

Pro: Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Pulito, luminoso e caldo. Ottima posizione.

Pro: posizione Ottimale ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. proprietario super disponibile

Contro: l’autoclave si è bloccata durante la doccia e ho dovuto attendere 5 min prima di poter ultimare il tutto.

Great stay in the center of Florence

Pro: Great location. Walking distance to everything in the center of Florence. Kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was working well. We would be happy to come back!

Contro: The toilet is very small. Not a massive issue, but could be difficult for someone on the bigger side. The space for the table is a bit small for 4 people to eat: we manage but because we were 2 adults and 2 kids. It would be hard for 4 adults. The appartement is on the top floor with no elevator, which could be difficult for some people, but it gives you a great view on the bells of the basilica di San Lorenzo!

Great location and responsive hosts.

Pro: Location was excellent, close to the central market for good food and short walks to many of the main attractions. One wouldn't have thought you were right in the centre of Florence. The hosts were responsive to queries and came round to fix a problem.

Contro: Not a problem for us but those with mobility issues might have found the six flights of stairs a difficulty and this should be mentioned when booking along with the fact that larger people might have issues accessing the toilet!

Hidden gem in Florence

Pro: Located right in the heart of Florence, a fantastic location and well suited to a family Enjoyed the convenience of a washing machine during our stay. Loft area for a bed was a unique and much enjoyed area for our daughter. Overall very happy with our stay atvthis location.

Contro: Bathroom and toilet areas very small. Walls needed to be cleaned to remove squashed mosquito's from previous visitors, particularly in main bedroom area.

Loved Florence

Pro: We really enjoyed the property, the place was easy to find and close to all of the places that we wanted to see

Contro: The AC wasn’t as good due to the heat of the time but overall it was a very good stay

If ok with stairs and smaller spaces like toilet room, can be a great option in very good central area.

Pro: It was very central next to the central market. No car needed but lots of walking and stairs.

Contro: It was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Smallish doors and stairway. The toilet room was very tiny my shoulders almost hit side to side and front wall was right in front. If you are ok with stairs and small areas, this is a very good place. Bed was very good, had a loft area and a sleep sofa. Kitchen worked very well. The shower was a little tricky.

Pro: Die Lage ist super. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants & Cafés sind alle in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft ist perfekt und man bekommt sofort eine Antwort und hilft sofort eine gemeinsame Lösung zu finden. Grazie mille 😍

Contro: Manque quelques produits de base (thé, café…)
