Pro: Un appartamento arredato nuovo e con tutti i comfort che possono essere richiesti ad un appartamento per una vacanza. Climatizzatore, forno, fornelli, attrezzatura cucina, camera letto spaziosa. Molti appoggi per tutte le ns cose. Posizione a 5 minuti da Santa Croce, da Palazzo Vecchio e da Duomo. Addirittura, nel corso della ns giornata turistica.. e’ capitato di fare un salto perché più comodo di ogni altra soluzione. Meglio di così non era possibile ❣️

Contro: Il cattivo odore degli scarichi del bagno. Non è un problema dell’appartamento ma di tutta la palazzina. Infatti come entri nello stabile da terra e fino al secondo piano, dove è situato l’appartamento, si sentiva molto in tutto il vano scale. Magari comunemente con gli altri condomini.. si potrebbe fare qualcosa. Non ha cmq rovinato la nostra permanenza😅

Pro: Ottima la posizione e i servizi offerti dalla casa e dal personale dell'accoglienza.

Contro: Migliorare un poco la pulizia dei locali e aggiungere qualche appendino sia all'ingresso che in bagno

Pro: Great location and has most of the things you might need for a longer stay. We were warmly welcomed by the attending staff and received some great practical tips for staying in Florence. Honestly would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Contro: The refrigerator was loud, and we missed some necessities like dishwasher tablets, trashbags and coffee capsules that we had to buy ourselves. These touches would help elevate the place even more.

Great host, great apartment, great location

Pro: It’s on a busy narrow street, steps from the Proconsolo bus stop for the C2 bus from the station. Restaurants and bars are nearby, and a Conad supermarket is a five-minute walk. The apartment matches its photos; clean and modern. The kitchen has an induction stove, pots, pans, and good cutlery. It includes a washing machine and dishwasher, but no sponge for washing dishes manually. You get 6MB high-speed internet, cable, and streaming services. There is a central music system is installed, though I didn’t use it. There’s a closet for storage, plus a mop, broom, vacuum, and iron. Host Nicholas was excellent. He contacted us a day before arrival, greeted us at the entrance, and showed us around. He responded quickly throughout our stay, even recommending great gelato spots. This place is worth every penny.

Contro: More of improvements than dislikes. 1. a fire extinguisher is required 2. A bathroom mat 3. Soap/shampoo holder in the shower 4. Better quality ironing board and clothes stand

Pro: Located in the heart of the historical city centre. Emideo was very kind and flexible. He also gave some helpful hints about the city.

Pro: The location is superb, right in the center. 8 minutes walk uffizi galleries, 5 minutes walk to Central market, pretty much the entire old city is within reach fairly fast.

Contro: The sofa couch in the living room was not as comfortable as I would like. The lights in the kitchen we're very dim.

Great Oasis of peace in the city centre

Pro: Perfect location to discover Firenze! Although in the centre, no noise from the busy streets.

Contro: Bed was a bit squeaky, but that didn't bother us.

Pro: Everything was amazing, perfect location, very clean, friendly owner, good facility. It was a great experience for us.

Pro: Prime location, close to all tourist attractions, clean and spacious rooms, all amenities

Contro: Very small size of bathing area,needs improvement in bathroom.

What a pleasant apartment all round.

Pro: Prime location with everything being accessible from restaurants, tourist groups meeting locations and main attractions. The apartment is modern and spacious. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.

Contro: Check in felt a little rushed, as we were called to find out where we were, even though we indicated a check in time. Sleeper couch was not made and the water heater and fridge is quite noisy for the person sleeping in the lounge.
