Pro: Tutto molto bello, casa bellissima molto spaziosa, servizi perfetti, posizione ottima casa compresa di tutti i servizi, staff molto gentile e disponibile

Pro: La struttura è in una posizione ottimale di Firenze, è al centro delle attrazioni più note. Appartamento molto grande e tenuto bene. Staff molto gentile e tempestivo!

Contro: Purtroppo il chiasso dei passanti fino a tarda notte non permette un riposo ottimale a causa di infissi poco ermetici. Wi-fi che non funziona.

Excellent location and beautiful accomodation, but be aware of the noise in a city centre.

Pro: The property is great and in a perfect location for exploring Florence. The contact from the host was excellent and we had no issues with access etc.

Contro: Unfortunately the noise travels due to the narrow streets and tall buildings and this can really impact your stay. However you are in the very centre so this is to be expected but the ground level noise does go on until the early hours, followed by the shops below opening their shutters early and the street cleaners etc.

Birthday trip.

Pro: We all loved the apartment. Very spacious for six of us. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The location is fantastic and close to all major attractions and restaurants. The train station was also only a short walk away for our trips to Siena and Pisa. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again and look forward to returning.

Contro: It was noisy till quite late but thats to be expected when staying in such a central location.

Pro: Apt is AMAZING. Beautifully decorated, nice bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived, host was in touch if we needed her, plenty of space for our family of 6 to have some time on their own if needed. Great location, as well. Would 110% stay here again.

Contro: As other reviewers have stated: the apt is near a bar that stays open until 2am, and the noise is horrific without earplugs. We came equipped, but you could still hear it - I'd suggest noise cancelling headphones if you have them! But, it wouldn't deter us from staying here again.

Pro: Fabulously appointed apartment in great central location close to all the attractions. We were a family group of 7 and the 3 doubles and one twin room plus 3 bathrooms were perfect. Beautiful high ceilings throughout and a great sense of space. Yes it was noisy at night but we expected that from reading previous reviews. Take your earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and you’ll be fine plus the beds were super comfy! Great that there is a lift (even though we were on the first floor) but those in our party with knee problems really appreciated not having to use the stairs.

Contro: We liked everything about the apartment!

Contro: -Poor water supply in the showers -no basic supplies provided such as trash bags -No restock/resupply of towels/soap etc - no cleaning service

Awesome property with great amenities central to everything in Florence. Expectations exceeded.

Pro: The property was much, much bigger than we had expected with so much room for our family of 6. It's a beautiful property with all the amenities to make for a very comfortable stay. The decor was beautiful and the location was perfect. The home is in the middle of restaurants, bars, people walking, and only 5-15 minute walks to major sites. The host was very nice and checked in on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed at 3 difference properties during our tour of Italy, and our kids loved this property the best! We highly recommend this to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to beautiful Florence!

Absolute gem in the heart of Florence would stay there again.

Pro: Absolutely beautiful apartment stayed there with my family of seven, my wife and I are five young adult children. It’s close to everything and it’s a great value.

Contro: The only issue we had was the water pressure in the showers and in the bath was so weak. It was difficult to take a shower. Not sure if that is a city problem or something in the apartment that can be fixed. Everything else was great!

Great Location to get around Florence if you can handle the noise at night.

Pro: The property is in the city center but you will need earplugs to get any sleep! The streets are busy till well after 3PM and the tall buildings with narrow streets cause an amplification and an echo chamber. We spoke to the shopkeepers and they told us it is a typical city issue. The large apt was perfect for our group and we adjusted after buying wax silicone earplugs. Tastefully decorated and Francesca was very attentive to our questions. Would stay again even with the noise issue.

Contro: The noise outside that echoes inside the apt. It was unexpected. I see now that other reviews mentioned it. The internet was constantly going down.
