Pro: Locali accoglienti e non scontati. belli i poster d'arte alle pareti. ampi spazi in cucina e soggiorno.

Contro: Bagnetto piccolo e con qualche problema. (Il WC non è ben fissato a terra).

Eccezionale

Pro: L'appartamento da vicino è ancora più bello. A due passi dalla stazione e da tutte le attrazioni, mai preso un bus. Pulito, spazioso, funzionale. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Il bambino aveva la febbre non riuscendo ad anticipare l'orario del treno mi hanno posticipato il check out alle 13.00 Rispondono via whatsapp a qualsiasi ora. L' unico consiglio alla struttura sostituire l'asciugacapelli mal funzionante e aumentare l'illuminazione centrale in camera da letto. Per il resto tutto perfetto, ci ritornerei. Lovely vibe, great location. Recommended

Pro: Everything about the flat was absolutely lovely-the decor, the attention to detail, and the overall vibe made it feel more like a well-loved home than a typical rental. It truly has soul! The location was great- just a short walk from the main square and the Duomo, and even closer to the train station, which is convenient if you plan to explore around. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Sadly, we had to cut our stay short, but I definitely hope to return soon- both to Florence and to this little gem of a place!

Contro: There are some apliances that didn’t work. WiFi went off for a few hours.

Pro: The location of the apartment is excellent. Excellent cleanliness. The owners of the apartment are always available and answer and help.

Contro: There was only one thing we were missing - the kettle in the apartment didn't work.

Pro: Good location Clean Spacious Good amenities Air conditioning worked well Balcony was nice Safe area Lively neighbourhood but windows did well to block out the noise.

Contro: All plugs fitted in the apartment are small Italian plugs so our EU adaptors did not work. This lead to all our phones being dead for a day while we tried to find the correct one and had to spend our money on it (€15). It should be stated that this apartment does not support normal EU plugs. The kettle also did not work as it too has an EU plug. A little disappointing. The stairwell is also very steep (could maybe advise of this for those who may struggle) and it was not clear what floor the flat was on prior to arriving.
