Pro: Appartamento bello, comodo e fornito di tutto. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito.

Contro: I bagni erano un pò piccolini, soprattutto il lavandino di uno dei due bagni creava qualche difficoltà a lavarsi. E la mattina si sentiva qualche rumore provenire dalla strada. Ma nel complesso sono rimasto molto soddisfatto

Pro: Casa meravigliosa. Posizione ottima e super disponibilità da parte dei proprietari.

My heart is in Florence

Pro: Loved the location so close to walk from Florence S.M Novella terminal to accommodation plus walking around to all the main attractions was super easy. Host was available when I needed something, thank you. Apartment was lovely, comfortable and cool with all the air-conditioning units. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Kitchen has what you need. Washing machine is so convenient. The outdoor section just off the kitchen where air-conditioning units are held is great to put the clothes line in and hang your clothes to dry. Only took 20mins and they were all dried. Was very convenient for washing for a family of 7.

Contro: Just very hot in the kitchen as the air-conditioning unit from the lounge room doesn't reach in there but not a big deal.

A lovely, charming apartment near the centre of Florence.

Pro: The apartment was excellent, it had plenty of space, the decor was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable.The check in system was brilliant as it was all done by a remote system and the host made us feel very welcome with a bottle of wine.The location was good with a wonderful cafe downstairs for breakfast and a 10 minute walk to most of the sights.

Contro: Overall the aparment was great but the lounge area could have been cleaner(the rug was not clean and there were stains on the sofa and on one of the blankets in the singles room). However the rest of the apartment was clean.

Pro: Wonderful location to go on foot on historic center. Lots of shops and restorants/bar/ and also close to the train station. The apartment has all that you need and a flawless nocontact coordination for our stay (checkin/checkout)

Very nice stay in well outfitted apartment.

Pro: Centrally located close to Central Florence. Easy walk to the historic area. The apartment was well outfitted. Small grocery store/market less than 100 feet away from the building.

I thought the space was beautiful, well-kept and very comfortable.

Pro: The house was super clean, great location in terms of walkability, the layout was great for 3 people. Access to the main downtown was a bit of a walk for my 80 year old father but for us younger people easy. The beds and sheets were super comfortable. AC was a huge plus. Host had everything in order and you can tell she cares about the property. It looked just like the photos. No complaints.

Contro: I am a light sleeper so the noise from the street in the evenings and mornings was a little challenging for me.

Pro: The apartment is in a great area and very convenient. We will stay again
