Pro: Tutto veramente ben tenuto con cura del dettaglio.....un paio di problemi all arrivo, probabilmente per inesperienza mia, ma lo staff ha subito risolto tempestivamente....appartamento accogliente con tutto....climatizzato che con questo caldo e dei bambini è stato fondamentale....una sola parola.....grazie...

Contro: Se devo trovare una pecca.....le scale per arrivare all appartamento....un pochino ripide...

Great stay, fabulous views in wonderful part of Florence

Pro: I loved this property, mainly because of the two fabulous terraces with wonderful views on either side of the upstairs space. The bed was very comfortable, the location quiet and, as a frequent visitor to Florence, I love this area of Santo Spirito, even though this property is a bit further from the piazza than others I have stayed in previously. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything I needed. I would happily return here again.

Contro: The 54 stairs up the property from the road and then the internal stairs were tiring, particularly when carrying shopping so this may well deter others from staying. The clothes stand needed replacing as it had lost its legs so was difficult to use. I did request this during my stay. Hopefully this will be done before new guests arrive.

A fabulous stay in a lovely apartment. Had everything we needed with the bonus of 2 balconies which we used every day. E

Pro: Location was perfect and it was great to have some outside space to relax in

Contro: Only problem was smell of drains coming from the shower, but we got used to it

Room with a view!

Pro: The property is conveniently situated a short distance down from the Palazzo Pitti on the historic Via Romana. If you continue past the palace you cross directly over the Ponte Vecchio to enter the city centre. If you prefer not to walk there is an excellent bus stop nearby and also a small supermarket and several adequate restaurants. The furnishings are basic but adequate and comfortable. The property also has 2 excellent balcony/patios with good views over the city and beyond. Unfortunately there is a price to pay for this view because access from the street to the apartment is via several flights of steep stairs up to the top floor of the building.

Contro: The stairs!!

Gorgeous flat in Florence

Pro: So clean absolutely gorgeous- love the two terraces. If it was sunnier/warmer we wouldn’t have left! Had a bit of trouble getting in but called the owner who responded immediately even though it was very late and got us in immediately! Location amazing to Boboli and 5 min walk to pontevecchio etc… Can’t recommend enough!

Contro: Lots of stairs!

Pro: Roof terrace and location. 20 minutes to Ponte Vechio. Less to Boboli Gardens. Conveniently located for good restaurants and the bus to the railway station.

Contro: The steps, but you don't get a roof terrace without steps.

Sublime views and a great location make this an excellent place to stay if you don't mind stairs.

Pro: The views from the terrazze were wonderful. We enjoyed having breakfast outdoors and watching the sun set.

Contro: Although we were able to navigate them, the number of stairs to the apartment and then inside the apartment were challenging. I think the owners should have mentioned the internal staircase as other older tenants might not have been able to manage them.

Pro: Uitzicht, locatie, goed bed, alles wat ik nodig had. Ook heel Toscaans zo in wat praktisch een torentje is. En als reiziger solo: ik voelde me heel veilig in het appartement en in de buurt. Kon zorgeloos van mijn reis genieten.

Contro: De honden van de buren ging blaffen zo rond de tijd dat ik wilde gaan slapen.

Appartement avec terrasses !!!

Pro: Deux terrasses pour une superbe vue sur Florence, qui nous ont permis de voir de multiples feux d’artifices pour le réveillon. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé pour 4 personnes avec une chambre et un canapé lit. Un carrefour Market juste à côté et deux bus pour aller au centre ville.

Contro: Attention, cet appartement est au 4eme étage sans ascenseur et les étages sont haut !

Una cómoda estancia con buenas vistas y cerca de todo

Pro: La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo! Las terrazas fueron un gran plus para admirar los alrededores, el atardecer, tomarse algo al aire libre. Bastante complacido con esa parte además de que estaba bien equipado.

Contro: Solamente deberían indicar que el alojamiento es en un tercer piso con gradas bastante pronunciadas, pues si hay alguien con alguna afección en sus rodillas es problemático entrar y salir. Lo otro es el olor que se percibe cuando el alojamiento está cerrado.
