Centrale APT con terrazza a 5min dal Pitti! - HomeUnity

Pro: Appartamento spazioso,a due passi dal centro. Siamo arrivati prima e ci hanno fatto entrare,molto gentili.

Contro: Le scale come descritto sono un po' ostiche ma, l'appuntamento è ottimo.

Gestione top, consigliato

Pro: Lo staff è stato gentilissimo sin dall'inizio. C'era un problema con il self check-in che è stato risolto facilmente con una telefonata di 3 minuti. Ci è stato concesso un check-in anticipato e un check-out posticipato senza problemi. Accoglienza perfetta!

Contro: L'unico appunto è che bisogna fare due o forse tre rampe di scale per accedere all'appartamento, per noi non è stato minimamente un problema, ma per persone con mobilità ridotta potrebbe esserlo.

Pro: Struttura piccola ma accogliente, fornita di ogni confort e situata in pieno centro a 5' da Palazzo Pitti e 10' da Ponte Vecchio. Godibilissimo il terrazzino con vista panoramica sui tetti di Firenze

Contro: Giusto a voler trovare un difetto è un 3° piano senza ascensore ma è normale nei palazzi d'epoca in centro storico...e qualche rampa di scale non ha mai ammazzato nessuno

Pro: Pretty little apartment in a great location in Florence: quiet but only a 25 minute walk into the city centre, easily accessible by public transport. The hosts were communicative and helped with any issues, such as providing pods for the laundry machine.

Contro: The apartment is on the top floor up some steep stairs, which were quite difficult to navigate with heavy suitcases.

Location is fantastic, place is clean, great to have our own little balcony with evening sun.

Pro: Location is great, in a quiet road, slow 10 minute walk to the centre, Less than 10 minutes to some great places to eat in piazza Santo Spirito .

Contro: As many people have said before, The Shower boiling hot to freezing cold, Only one coffee mug, one decent Glass tumbler, No chopping board, No Corkscrew or bottle opener, only one cereal bowl,. For a little investment this place could be 10 out of 10 instead its a 7. ( oh and for some people the 4 flights of steep stairs could be an issue)

We were very comfortable in this space and loved our stay there.

Pro: There was a grocery store nearby. The neighbourhood, although being fairly close to the chaos of the tourist areas, felt calmer, and more peaceful. It was a very cute space, and felt warm and comfortable. We also forgot some clothes there, and the owner went out of his way to ensure that we got them back. In the end they were mailed back to our home in Canada, but only after he had explored all options. This was very much appreciated, and definitely well above expectations.

Contro: Nothing comes to mind, but I would say that the location might be a bit of a challenge for any folks who have problems with stairs, as there are quite a few flights of stairs to navigate with your luggage. For us, this was no problem at all.

Lovely stay

Pro: Late check in and check out Good local guide recs on Google maps Nice little balcony Comfortable and very clean Great location within walking distance of all touristy places

Contro: Smell from the drains (but think that's a lot of places in Florence) Not much kitchen amenities such as cups for tea, sharp knives for cooking etc

Cute & cozy

Pro: Cozy little apartment in a great part of the city. Comfortable bed. Balcony with nice view. The host was very helpful and kind.

Contro: The kitchen could be better equipped (there was just one wine glass, nothing to clean the dishes) but thats not a big deal.

I would definitely go back in that place with less lugages. Loved it overall.

Pro: Loved the place, it felt like home. The location is perfect and close to everything you want to see in Florence by walk. The balcony was a plus. I enjoyed the restaurants, cafe’s and bistro around and meet some local peoples.

Contro: If you carry with you lots of luggage it makes it difficult to carry them up the top floor. I had to clean up a bit on my arrival. It wasn’t dirty at all but dusty a bit.

Pro: Clean apartment, near the city center. Nice flat in old city.close to the flat, there is a shop, bars, and bus stations. 15 min walk to the old Bridge .
