Acacia Firenze - Dalia

Pro: Excellent location Newly refurbished apartment, clean and cleaning tools are available New windows providing good noice and temperature control - we did not need the aircon although outside temperature was above 30 with high humidity Full kitchen, basic stuff like salt pepper, olive oil, vinegar are there waschind machine works well Relatively large living/dining area, good seating (couch) Good lights, lot of power points Clean crispy bed linen, soft and harder pillows are available, the mattress is soft Bathroom :newish ,clean, soft fluffy large towels- Staff members were nice, helpful, always available

Contro: The apartment is on the second floor -there is no elevator (what is completely understandable-old building) but take the suitcases up, could be a trouble- ask the management for help, they can organize someone to help The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low There is no screen on the windows and the moskitos are very hungry

Pro: The apartment is very spacious and offers a nice and quiet sleep after an exhausting day walking in Florence. It’s very close to the centre. The bathroom is in a very good condition and the kitchen is well equipped.

Contro: everything was ok

Excellent apartment and location to explore Florence

Pro: We were met at the door by Diana from Acacia Firenze who was very friendly and welcoming. Communication with Acacia Firenze leading up to our stay was excellent. Dalia was an excellent base for our 2 week stay - easy walking distance to the main SMN train station, San Lorenzo food market and Florence in general. The street and apartment were very quiet (maybe due to road works at one end). Dalia is an excellent size apartment for 2 people, has all you need to cook at home, plus the added convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. Thank you Acacia Firenze and thank you Diana.

Pro: Espaço, conforto e praticidade. A acomodação é ótima e oferece máquina de lavar roupas, ferro de passar, cafeteira, etc. etc.

Contro: Como sugestão de melhoria, o box poderia ser equipado com um porta shampoo/sabonete, pois não temos onde apoiar esses utensílios durante o banho

Pro: 位置很好，跟火车站走路5-10分钟，到百花大教堂走路5分钟，到米开朗基罗广场走路35分钟！ 房间很大，非常干净整洁，我们三个人享受两张大床！ 可以自己动手煮意面，在超市自己买了意面自己煮！ Yelena给我们详细介绍了房间里每一个事项，佛罗伦萨的餐馆推荐，景点推荐！非常棒，这么多次出游非常值得的消费！

Contro: 浴室的淋浴間沒有置物的地方，沐浴乳跟洗髮乳沒有可以置放的地方 很不方便 衣櫥掛衣架太高，165以下身高應該無法勾到衣架。

Pro: Lots of space, great kitchen for those people planning to cook a few meals here and there during their stay! Very conveniently located, just 15-20 minute walk away from downtown.

Great place in Florence!

Pro: The location was fantastic, close to both the train station and the Duomo. The owner was fantastic and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!
