It was very comfortable. Riccardo was very easy to talk to and prompt with helping us. We would recommend to everyone.

Pro: The location was great. Easy walk to the Basilica and other sightseeing. It was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed.

Contro: Another set of keys would have been better. To use 1 keycard to enter the unit and have the power on in the unit made it hard for a group of 5 of us. If the people inside were asleep or in the shower the people outside couldn’t get in.

Riccardo very friendly and helpful, we would recommend this property for a small group or family.

Pro: There was coffee and few basics items to cook to supply ourselves and kitchen easy to use. Nice library of books etc. and feels like home while there.

Contro: The washing machine was a bit difficult until worked out how to use a spoon or fork handle to open the latch from under the main lever - apparently a common Basic design flaw with the unit (missing spring) so a note on top would have been helpful to assist future guests. Easy to use after that.

Pro: Personnel was really friendly and helpful as well as punctually on time at the apartment. Would recommend for party of four persons.

Contro: Scent of the air freshener was too strong for us - needed to move it to the cleaning closet. Additionally, lighting was a bit too dim in general.
