A pleasant stay in a cozy and peaceful apartment.
Pro: I liked everything! The apartment was clean, quiet, well located, and very comfortable. The view of the river was beautiful and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

Pro: We had a perfect stay at the Arno River Apartment. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, and there were plenty of nice restaurants and cafés nearby. The river view from the apartment added a lovely touch to our mornings and evenings. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the historic center, which made for a pleasant stroll through Florence. Plus, it's just a 10-minute walk to Piazza Michelangelo, where you can enjoy one of the most stunning views of the city.

Pro: Great value, good size, Great location, walking distance to the inner city.
Contro: AC was the only heating device and took about 24 hours before it got warm at max temperature. Could use a electric radiator/heater or carpet to keep the heat in the winter months.

arno river quiet apartment made our holiday well done
Pro: as the name,it's really quiet apartment on a crowded area.because is close by arno river,pay attention when you Open windows,mosquito are very welcome inside. maybe some rolling nets on the windows should be great. many and special thanks to Nabyl, the person who's taking care of the cleaning. superfriendly. stronger recommended
Contro: some old furniture, but this is italian style,in some area.take care that the cabin shower is a little bit tiny and kind of small for fluffy 90kg person like me.

klidné sympatické bydlení nedaleko centra Florencie
Pro: skvělá lokalita nedaleko centra a přesto stranou nejrušnějších ulic; solidní cena. Byt byl čistý, kuchyňka se základním vybavením plně dostačuje. Předání klíčů bezproblémové, stejně jako check-out. Poblíž menší restaurace, velmi slušně zásobený Carrefour express, příjemné veřejné parky s výhledem na město.
Contro: není moc kam odložit věci, ale jinak žádné zásadní nedostatky

Pro: 1. Окрема квартира, де ти сам собі хазяїн. 2. Ціна 3. Розташування: спокійний район, та не в самому центрі . Потрібно трішки походити, але то для нас був плюс: спалювали калорії від смачної італійської їжі)))
Contro: Важко сказати. Можливо, наступного разу спробуємо знайти щось ближче до центра. Але за таку ціну - навряд-чи. Ну, якщо вже зовсім прискіпуватися: відсутність балкону, щоб посидіти увечері))) А, ліжко було не зовсім зручним, але, як то кажуть, у кожного свої смаки.

Pro: Está en una zona relativamente cerca al centro, y es preciosa, por la ventana de la habitación se ve un poco el río. El barrio es muy tranquilo, tienes el autobús enfrente y deliciosas pastelerías donde desayunar. También hay cerca un carrefour express.
Contro: Por poner un pero, la cama, eran dos camas individuales juntas y no eran lo más cómodo del mundo. Si vas en verano, compra repelente de mosquitos, del que se enchufa.

Pro: El noi que ens va rebre molt bé. L'aire condicionat molt bé. Te tot el necessari.
Contro: Vam tenir formigues a la cuina i si obres finestres mosquits. Potser i faltaria un armari per la roba a l'habitació.
