Pro: L'appartamento era perfetto per la nostra vacanza a Firenze! Pulito, ben arredato e in una posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, offrendoci consigli utili per la nostra permanenza. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Perfect!
Pro: If I could rate this apartment 11/10, I absolutely would! The apartment is simply amazing — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, perfectly located, with a fantastic balcony and a very friendly host. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Was wonderful to stay somewhere so nicely appointed!
Pro: Freshly renovated! Lovely decoration! Space to spread out! Lovely calm views!
Contro: 5th floor and no lift :-( but this is common across Europe, pack light as there is a new washing machine! Then no worries! I’d recommend a variety of pillow types too, down pillows are my least favourite as they go flat! Not great for side sleepers! Otherwise Kiki house is a wonderful place to stay! Maybe pack earplugs for weekday traffic if you’re a light sleeper in the main bedroom too ;-)

The quality and finish of this apartment is pretty exceptional. We were sad to leave it.
Pro: The apartment was beautiful and of very high quality throughout. It was lovely waking up to the view of the river from the bedroom and then having breakfast on the balcony looking out onto the Tuscan rooftops and hills. The neighbourhood is pleasent, safe and had plenty of good places to eat, away from the mad touristy areas of Florence. It is around 25 mins to walk in however the number C4 bus goes from the front of the train station and drops off just near the apartment. We had everything that we could possibly want, from coffee pods, water, breakfast items and toiletries. We were met at the property but it might be an idea to put Kikii House on the doorbell outside as we were not sure which flat to ring when we were waiting to be let in.
Contro: Nothing, all lovely. Just be aware that due it being an apartment the city tax is 6 Euros per person per night to be paid in cash. However the apartment is well worth it, we were sad to leave.

Pro: Very spacious and comfortable apartment. It is equipped with everything you would need for a good stay. I was impressed by the beautiful interior design and the attention the host has put into every detail. It is an advantage that it has a comfy balcony with a panoramic view from the one side and a view to the river - from the other side of the property. In the area you can find local stores with italian specialties and wine, nice restaurants, bus stops very close to the property. The host was very polite and helpful, providing us everything we needed. We definitely recommend the property!

Modern & Tasteful - Riverside Beauty
Pro: A beautiful apartment with everything we needed. We loved staying here, a beautiful walk by the river to the center and lovely restaurants close by away from the tourist mayhem. Comfortable bed and bedroom overlooking the river - a really stunning peaceful outlook. Erica met us on arrival, helped us carry our heavy bags up the stairs and even gifted us a breakfast at the Cafe below. What a treat!
Contro: That we couldn't stay longer.

Pro: Eine sehr schöne, komfortable und moderne Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich, sehr zuverlässig und hat an wirklich alles gedacht, so dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Nebenan konnten wir günstig in einer tollen Atmosphäre italienisch frühstücken, gleichwohl die Küchenausstattung ein eigenes Frühstück, Abend- und Mittagessen mit allen Raffinessen auch möglich gemacht hat.

Pro: Everything was exceptional! Erika is a kind and gracious host! We were delayed on our arrival, yet she patiently waited to greet us and even helped us take our bags upstairs. The apartment was absolutely perfect and well appointed. The design and all the details were so thoughtful. The terrace was the perfect place to sit quietly and sip coffee. The bedroom overlooks the river and was magical! Exceptional place!
Contro: It's a little far from the city centre, but the buses ran fairly well.
