Terrace View Florence Attic

Pro: La casa nel complesso è comoda, si ha la possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa. Casa spaziosa e luminosa con vista sul duomo dal terrazzo. Letti e divano letto comodi, varietà di cuscini. Bel televisore volendo per passare una bella serata con amici o familiari sul divano letto a guardarsi un film. Terrazzo con sdraio e sedie dove potersi godere un tramonto con vista Duomo. Vicinanza con Belvedere della città intera dall’alto a 10 minuti a piedi.

Contro: D’altra parte la casa non ha vicino supermercati, farmacie, alimentari in generale. Il fatto che mancavano alcuni servizi. Lavastoviglie non funzionante. Aspirapolvere rotto Mancanza in una stanza di armadi o sedie dove poter collocare vestiti. Comodino troppo piccolo

Very enjoyable experience overall.

Pro: Location was excellent if you are happy to do a bit of walking. Overall the facilities were great. One of the best features is the roof terrace. Some one met us on site to open up and provide a tour of the property.

Contro: There was no information or guidance for any of the appliances etc. The TV did not work, which was reported but was not acted upon. No hoover or floor brushes for keeping things tidy.

Great flat to discover Florence

Pro: The location (close to all the tourist sites), the equipment of the flat, and the view were all good

Contro: The cleaning could have been more thorough

Nice three day stay in Florence with a pretty decent place to do it from.

Pro: Pretty good location (only about 30 mins walk from centre). Rooftop terrace with a great view.

Contro: Not really the property’s fault but there were a LOT of mosquitoes. We all got bitten quite a bit.

Pro: Lovely size flat, great views - mosquitos were a challenge and the steps to the top floor a bit of a challenge. Lovely airy, claim flat.

Great apartment close to attractions with an excellent roof top deck.

Pro: We stayed for 4 nights in July. The apartment was great. We really enjoyed the roof top deck and the sunsets over Florence. We found that it was an easy walk from the apartment to the sights of Florence. The apartment had lots of room, and was one of our favourites on our trip.

Barrio tranquilo y seguro

Pro: El dto esta muy bien ubicado, es un barrio seguro y muy lindo, a 15 minutos del Ponte Vecchio, caminando al lado del río, un paseo. También hay paseos para hacer por la zona y tiene buen acceso si llegas en auto. El dto es amplio, las camas muy cómodas, sábanas y toallas limpias y buena calidad. El dormitorio ppal tiene poco espacio de placares y tampoco hay donde apoyar las valijas. Trajimos sillas para solucionarlo. La cocina bien equipada, con cápsulas de café, aceite, sal, etc. Lavarropas con pastillas de lavado. Muy buena calefacción. Super silencioso, lindas vistas. Volvería!

Contro: No nos avisaron que estaba invertida la llave de agua caliente de la ducha, una vez que lo descubrimos funcionó bien. Son varios pisos por escalera , pero las terrazas qué tiene valen la pena!

Pro: Nous avons aimé la propreté, le confort et la terrasse

Contro: Le manque de directives sur la prise du chauffe eau et certaines prises électriques juste décoratives mais pas opérationnelles

Pro: Locatie excelenta cu terasa si balcon spatioase si cu peisaj frumos .

Pro: Tágas, tiszta apartman gyönyörű kilátással a városra, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel.
