Perfetto per un soggiorno per due
Pro: La zona è perfetta e molto vicina al centro, molto popolata e tranquilla. C'è la possibilità di fare una passeggiata in centro dopo sera un tutta tranquillità. Si raggiungono molto facilmente a pieid tutte le zone più turistiche. L'appartamento è piccolo ma ben accessoriato. Il personale è a dir poco disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare!
Contro: Presenza di molte zanzare a causa dell'assenza di zanzariere.

Pro: La posizione è ottima: centrale e a 10 minuti dalla stazione. L'appartamento risulta più accogliente rispetto alle foto, la cucina è ben attrezzata.
Contro: Il bagno è molto piccolo e non c'è il bidet. Non ci sono zanzariere perciò è sconsigliato tenere le finestre aperte la sera

Nice Apartment in a Great Location
Pro: The apartment was in a great location, with most of the main attractions within 10 minutes walk and some great restaurants and cafes very close by. The bedroom was large with plenty of room for luggage, etc. and the kitchen/sitting room was reasonably well equipped. The host was really helpful and provided all the information we needed.
Contro: The bathroom was very small - basically a cupboard accessed up 2 steps. The toilet was located in a low alcove, so anyone over 170cm tall would probably bang their head everytime they used it (so most suitable for hobbits!). The bed was much too firm for me.

Fantastic location and perfect for our needs
Pro: Great location to access the city, bed very large and comfy. Opposite a really lovely restaurant, Simbiosi.
Contro: Crockery was a bit sparse

Nice Apartment in Good Location
Pro: Great location a few minutes walk to Mercato Centrale and was about 7 minute walk to Cathedral. Our favourite restaurant Trattoria Mario is very close by and excellent gelato at My Sugar which was about minute walk to flat. Good size bedroom and bed and living area was also decently sized and nicely furnished. Our main concern when booking was that there was only 2 reviews of property but any concerns were unfounded and we enjoyed our stay.
Contro: Bathroom was very small and tight. There were also a few small stairs up to bathroom. Suggest dark curtains in bedroom as was a bit of outside light let in.

Pro: Расположение хорошее,в самом центре,все в шаговой доступности.
Contro: Малогабаритная квартира,очень маленькая ванная комната,даже стройному человеку среднего роста негде повернуться. Уборка была произведена плохо,в раскладном диване внутри было много пыли и волос, под кроватью лежали тапки и бумажки от предыдущих постояльцев.

Marvellous.
Pro: Very clean and the perfect size and layout. Lovely furnishings and very helpful extras like slippers, shampoo, soap, toothpaste etc. Chocolates on towels were a really nice touch as well.
Contro: The bathroom fan was shockingly loud intermittently, which was especially disturbing in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning, so we would use the bathroom in the dark at those times.

Чудесная локация, приятные апартаменты
Pro: Очень отзывчивая владелица апартаментов. Локация апартаментов - топ, все достопримечательности очень близко, рядом магазины, пекарни, рестораны. В апартаментах есть чайник, кофетьера, вся необходимая посуда. Рекомендация!
Contro: Если Вы - высокий и крупный человек, то скорее всего Вам будет очень сложно поместиться в санузле, там довольно низкий потолок и душевая кабина не рассчитана на широкоплечих.

excellent séjour dû à l'emplacement de l'appartement
Pro: emplacement près du centre, idéal pour visiter la ville. tous les commerces sont à proximité : épicerie, pharmacie et boulangerie juste au dessous de l'appartement pour le petit déjeuner. logement très bien insonorisé. propreté impeccable. il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. je choisirai cet appartement la prochaine fois que je reviendrai à Florence.
