Pro: Casa in posizione centralissima a Firenze, a due passi dal Duomo di Firenze e dal Ponte Vecchio. Estremamente comoda per spostarsi e visitare tutto a piedi. Nel complesso, pratica e funzionale per un soggiorno in città.
Contro: Un po’ rumorosa per via della zona molto viva.

Uno splendido soggiorno nel pieno centro di Firenze.
Pro: L'appartamento è delizioso, pulito, ordinato e con grande cura dei dettagli. La camera spaziosa, letto comodissimo. L'ambiente sempre caldo ad ogni ora. La posizione è eccezionale, in meno di 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro. Collegata benissimo con la stazione di S.M.N. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha omaggiato di un souvenir fiorentino molto apprezzato.
Contro: Nulla in particolare. Forse solo il bagno un pò piccino, ma non è si rilievo per brevi soggiorni.

Pro: Praticamente tutto ok. L'alloggio è stato sistemato di recente, pur conservando i caratteri storici. Si trova in zona centrale, a 700 m da Santa Maria Novella, accanto al museo di San Marco e alla Galleria dell'Accademia. È ben tenuto, il letto era comodo, e lo spazio ben organizzato, soprattutto tenendo conto della storicità del fabbricato. C'è un bel patio privato. Cucina ampia, camera comoda. La proprietàaria davvero squisita e gentilissima, sempre disponibile anche nel soddisfare tutte le esigenze particolari. Casa molto silenziosa, anche se in zona molto frequentata. Casa poco luminosa, adatta al riposo. Parcheggio autosilo pubblico parterre molto comodo e vicino.
Contro: Solo piccoli dettagli, nel complesso è andata molto bene! Sarebbe stato comodo un microonde. Niente bidet (sarebbe facilmente risolvibile montando la doccetta apposita sul water). Viene fornito solo un mazzo di chiavi, il che ci ha causato qualche piccola difficoltà organizzativa visto che avevamo orari diversi. Il nostro piccolo cane aveva paura in casa: anche se il cagnolino è un fifone, è una cosa insolita; tuttavia non abbiamo capito come mai, forse per qualche scricchiolio o movimento strano delle porte. La casa è in ZTL (non l'avevamo capito) come del resto lo è tutto il centro di Firenze, quindi, data la quantità di bagagli, dall'autosilo abbiamo dovuto prendere il taxi.

Super cozy, with a traditional Italian feel and a great location.
Pro: The location was perfect! Right outside the tram station so it was super convenient from the airport - but once you stepped inside it was quiet and peaceful. You are less than a 5 minute walk to the duomo and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants just outside.
Contro: Nothing it was great.

Perfect stay in Florence close to the city centre

Pro: Well, let see what do we gave in here. Honestly, firstly I didnt want to write a review… TO KEEP THIS HIDDEN GEM FOR ME ONLY! But Im kind today☺️☺️ Location is absolutely perfect. Next step to Accademia (literally next step), close to the city center, food n all “see and love” places. Its the ground floor, but its absolutely fine, with ur own little courtyard☺️ Absolutely happy😃

I’d definitely come back to this property.
Pro: The apartment was really Cousy, very clean, comfortable bed and nice kitchenette. The location is superb. 5mins. To the center, the tram is literally in front of the door. 2 mins to the supermarket. Cafes and restaurants next to apartment’s door. The owner was very nice, very cooperative. Thank you Novella❤️ I’ll definitely come back in summer so I can enjoy the beautiful balcony.
Contro: I wish there was a freezer as I stayed for 8 days and needed one. There should be some cleaning tools; maybe to be put in the corner of the outside yard.

Perfekte Lage, ruhig, gross, sehr sauber, super eingerichtet, nette und hilfreiche Gastgeberin.
Pro: In italienischem Stil geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, extrem sauber, tolle Küche mit gutem Induktionsherd, überraschend ruhig (zumindest die kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss) trotz perfekter Lage am Piazza San Marco, 10 Meter weg vom der T2 Tram vom Flughafen (auch mit schweren Koffern sehr gut errreichbar). In der Nachbarschaft sind Cafes, Restaurants, Supermärkte, aber auch Attraktionen wie die Kirche/das Kloster San Marco (wirklich toll! 100 Meter weg), die Galleria di Accademia (mit dem David, 200 Meter weg). Zum Dom braucht man 8 Minuten zu Fuss. Die nette Gastgeberin hat sich mehrfach gemeldet, um zu fragen, ob alles gut ist. Sehr gerne wieder!
Contro: Alles war perfekt.

Très belle expérience dans un grand confort
Pro: Le lieu très proche de la vieille ville et la facilité d’accès avec le tram T2 pour l aéroport sur la place. Le confort (grande chambre belle cuisine rangements top et terrasse utilisée meme fin octobre) La décoration très soignée et appartement juste rénové
