Absolutely loved our stay
Pro: Extremely convenient location, with lots of restaurants and cafes around. Very close to the Duomo and city centre. The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Florence and was very comfortable. Emilio was extremely hospitable, and helpful leading up to and during our stay.
Contro: Little inconveniences here and there - the floors were quite dirty when we arrived (the soles our feet were almost black after walking around barefooted on the first afternoon), there were no ledges or shelves in the shower (easily manageable without but a nice to have) and the hand towel holder in the en suite was broken, which was a little challenging.

Excellent location and great host!
Pro: The location is very good with walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants. The host is very responsive and organised. We have received a bottle of wine and water from the host upon arrival, which is very sweet.
Contro: The apartment is in an historical building, and it was very hot in Florence during our stay. The Airconditioner was not as cold as we wish. The room temperature was between 27-28c, a bit hot for us.

Pro: The place was great. The bedrooms were at different ends of the apartment and it was perfect for two couples. The owner was friendly and helpful. The location is very good.
Contro: The iron had same stains and we decided not to use it. The drain was not very good in one of the bathrooms but is an old and lovely building and i understand things are not perfect

Great location, comfortable apartment, staff were lovely.
Pro: Good space, beds were comfortable and the pull out sofa was already set up and made for us. Had air con, only 1 flight of stairs. Let us store our bags early.
Contro: The flight of stairs were very steep, the location on good maps is wrong, however the taxis know where to go so it was fine. There was no kettle.

Spacious and excellent location
Pro: The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Location was excellent. Restaurants and tourist attractions right outside. Hosts were really helpful and friendly.

Very nice apartment
Pro: The apartment was amazing with nice view to San Marco square. Was spotless clean and there were many amenities and facilities (hair dryers, shampoo, Landry, iron etc). It's in a good location just 15 minutes from train station and less than 10 minutes from Duomo.
Contro: The most negative thing is that we paid 40 Euro for late check in and we didn't know for this when we made the reservation ( I travel a lot and it's my first time paying for late check in, usually you pay only for late check out). An other thing is that during the night it's a little noisy. And last the TV it wasn't working...

Pro: Excelente estadia em Firenze, Perto de tudo e com apartamento espaçoso para uma família de 6 como a nossa. Camas confortáveis e bons banheiros. Emilio o proprietário é nota dez também.
Contro: Gostei de tudo, mas quem tiver dificuldade de mobilidade fica o alerta de que precisa subir uma pequena escada traiçoeira para chegar no apartamento

Super apartament, super sejur!
Pro: Locația este excelentă, apartamentul se afla foarte aproape de toate reperele istorice ale Florenței. Posibilitatea de self check-in este un mare plus, deoarece uneori zborurile ajung târziu sau cu întârziere și nu pori efectua check-inul în timpul precizat pe site. Apartamentul este curat și îngrijit, evident, cu urme mici de uzură, absolut normale, având în vedere ca e rezervat și folosit mereu.
Contro: Dușul din baia mică are probleme la scurgere, sper sa le remedieze, altfel apa se adună și e absolut ...nasol. nu am folosit acel duș, cu pe cel din baia mare, pe rând, fiecare dintre cele 3 persoane care am stat acolo. Dacă am fi fost mai mulți, era dificil.
