Città incantevole e struttura davvero molto confortevole

Pro: Posizione a due passi da S. Maria del Fiore. A ridosso di un bar caffetteria e di un take away di panini e schiacciate.

Pro: Soggiorno stupendo.. la proprietaria oltre ad essere simpaticissima è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Appartamento top! Pulitissimo, molto spazioso e tutto arredato con gusto. Torneremo sicuramente 🤩

Pro: Tutto perfetto 😊 casa davvero grande e ben organizzata, dalla cucina con tutto l occorrente per potersi cucinare, alle camere ben pulite e sistemate, arredata con gusto... Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e contenti sia dell arredamento, che della proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile in tutto.. La casa è posizionata in un posto in cui si può girare tutto a piedi..

Pro: un posto confortevole e raffinato, dove potersi sentire subito a proprio agio. Luminoso, silenzioso, arredato di buon gusto, con splendidi affacci sulla piazza.

Beatiful place in a perfect location

Pro: A beautiful apartment with a lovely and welcoming host, located around the corner from the Akademia and just steps away from Duomo. Easy to get to from the airport and to walk to all parts of the city. I couldn't feel more welcomed with the personal attention of Novella. The apartment was clean and it was actually stunning, a lot of taste went into its decoration. It is also very big, the living room faces the square with a tram, lovely to watch people passing by. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard shared with the surrounding buildings, and the kitchen has a terrace. There's also a separate small dining room with a round table and chairs, would be good for a family meal. I didn't cook but the kitchen had all necessary utensils and kitchenware.

Contro: I didn't have good quality of sleep, unfortunately, as people came and go at the back of the building at all times of night - which is not the owner's fault, of course. Some people may find the tram distracting as it also goes quite late at night. The windows easy let the noise through. I know Italians aren't big on tea so I usually carry teabags with me, this time I forgot but no problem, I bought some tea in the nearby shop - however, having a few tea bags would be nice. Same about coffee, there were two coffee capsules left for two days, fair enough as you can have an espresso just going out in the street. Some guests would appreciate more coffee. I would also suggest a bigger kettle (cordless would be the best)

Pro: From the moment of my booking, communication with Novella was absolutely fantastic! The location is great with restaurants, tourist sights all close by. Just next to the tram stop so travel is also extremely easy. The house is big and bright with all that you need in the house and Novella was very pleasant to interact with. We will definitely recommend the property and happily book again :)

Exceptional stay!

Pro: We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location – close to the main sights yet quiet enough to relax. Novella was an outstanding host, always available and incredibly helpful. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay easy and enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence.
