Appartamenti San Marco Firenze

Pro: Struttura molto ampia e confortevole. L’appartamento si trova vicinissimo al centro di Firenze e alle attrazioni più importanti.

Contro: Ci siamo trovati bene, non ho riscontrato problemi.

Pro: Posizione perfetta, ottima pulizia e spazio ampio dell’appartamento. Letti comodi, aria condizionata funzionante. Gentilezza della proprietaria e comunicazione ottima.

Pro: Appartamento pulito ed accogliente con tutti servizi necessari.

Contro: Tutto ok

Amazing historical building apartment in a great location.

Pro: Large apartment with all that you need in it. Great view to San Marco Square and Dome of Florence. Museum with David statue around the corner and Dome 5 -10 min walk. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Very easy self-check in/ check out and communication with the owner. For car travelling, there is very convenient parking garage at 2 stations away with the tram T2, Parterre at 15 eur/ day.

Contro: The bed from master bedroom creaks, may need refurbishment.

Pro: Incredibly comfortable property for a trip with family or friends. The apartment is very spacious and offers all types of amenities for a relaxing stay, including cooking meals. Grocery stores are plenty within walking distance, the same goes for most attractions in the city. The host was very friendly in explaining all details and giving suggestions.

Contro: Nothing worth mentioning.

It was delightful.

Pro: The owner suggested parking in the Parterre carpark which was only 2 tram stops from the apartment, so easy. We were about a 15 minute walk from the Dome and Baptistry and other museums. There was one large bedroom with a dressing-room area and a nice low table and armchairs to relax in, plus an ensuite. The other double bedroom was smaller with curtains to the living room, but it was comfortable and there is a long, thin bathroom with shower and bath. In the living room there was also a sofa bed and the kitchen was off to the side. All-in-all it was spacious and fulfilled our needs. The owner was friendly and replied to our requests promptly. I would return for sure.

Contro: The owner's English wasn't as fluent as we thought but she used a translation app and we were able to communicate without a problem.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment centrally located in a gorgeous old building.

Pro: Excellent location close to centre but quiet enough.

Contro: The road works early in the morning but as we had to be up early it didn’t bother us too much.

Perfect location!

Pro: Great location and easy access. While an old-style apartment (what else do you expect in Florence?) it was comfortable and had the facilities for 2 family couples. We appreciated the washing machine and small outdoor drying area. We felt like locals. Thanks!

Contro: Second bedroom was pretty small and lacked some privacy, but was adequate for our needs.

Memorable holiday

Pro: Spacious and comfortable apartment in excellent location within historic centre, easy walk to everything. I will miss that view of the basilica and campanile - beautiful and relaxing. Surrounded by interesting out of the way little museums.

Pro: Great location, very easy to get to from the train station. Lots of shops and cafe's all within walking distance. Close to all tourists sites within walking distance also.
