Quirky but nice!
Pro: We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, so close to everything, also with good public transport options. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. The bathroom is nice with a good shower & plenty of hot water.
Contro: There's no doubt the apartment is definitely 'quirky', but we thought this was in a good way. True, there isn't much natural light but plenty of artificial lighting to compensate. Bed was comfortable though the linen & covers didn't seem to fit properly? Finding your way in to the building the first time is a bit tricky but once you know the routine, it really is no problem.

Comfortable apartment in great location
Pro: Excellent response times from the host; spacious apartment; excellent location.
Contro: No windows (only access to an enclosed balcony); apartment is located deep inside the building, but there were no instructions on how to exit in case of emergency/fire; old and uncomfortable pillows (apparently to be replaced).

A fantastic stay, had everything we needed and close to everything we wanted!
Pro: It was a great location, right near the Ponte Vecchio, bakeries, lots of places to eat and walking distance to tourist attractions. It had everything we needed to be comfortable, with plenty of space when we wanted to relax for a few hours out of the August sun! Ability to access streaming sites on the tv was great too. Great coffee machine to use but make sure you buy the correct pods- they have to be bought from Bialetti, no other pods will fit. There is a Bialetti shop that we happened to pass whilst we were out and about nearby.

Excellent location, Close to everything.
Pro: Excellent location, clean and comfortable, beds very comfortable, everything we needed for a great holiday.
Contro: Could do with better pillows. Apartment is quite dark, need to have the lights on during the day, but not a big problem.

Great location
Pro: Great location and overall a very comfortable property. We were here for 3 days and were able to walk to all the major sights. Very close to good restaurants and shops. It's cosy and relaxing to come back to and has everything for an enjoyable stay.
Contro: We had an issue with a faulty door handle. We reported this and hope that it is now dealt with.

Great location, perfect facilities
Pro: The location is ideal for visiting Florence. Quiet apartment and lovely facilities. Wide and spacious.
Contro: We had a blip at the beginning with the cleaning but they rectified it really quickly and easily.

Excellent choix, confortable, pour un accès piéton à toutes les merveilles florentines
Pro: Tout est conforme à la description, l'appartement est confortable, dans un environnement calme, extrêmement bien situé, notamment pour le musée des Offices, le palazzo Pitti et Vecchio. Tout se fait à pieds. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine est pratique et permet de cuisiner un peu. Il y a du rangement, une salle d'eau moderne. Chauffage efficace pour le peu dont nous avions eu besoin (novembre). Beaucoup de commerces autour, pâtisserie, restaurants, épicerie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Contro: Comme indiqué dans la description, les baies vitrées donnent sur une terrasse \

Pro: Difficultés pour récupérer les clés , les indications n’étaient pas encore envoyées a15:00☹️ Appartement très très bien. Appartement à conseiller vivement Très près du ponte vecchio sans les nuisances sonores Magasin conad à proximité Petit patio intérieur très sympathique pour manger Literie parfaite

Floransa için iyi bir deneyim
Pro: Konumu çok iyiydi. Hem şehir içinde hem de şehrin gürültüsünden uzak. İhtiyacınız olan her şey etrafında var. Oda da yeniydi. Bir evde bulunması gereken her şey vardı. Çok iyi bir deneyimdi. Ev sahibinin iletişimi de çok iyiydi.
Contro: Çocuklar için oturma alanındaki açılabilen koltuk rahat değildi.
