Wine Apartments Florence Sangiovese

Pro: Ho apprezzato che la biancheria per il letto e per la casa fosse compresa nel prezzo. Viaggiando in treno, siamo stati comodi.

Pro: Posizione ottima, a due passi dal duomo e centro di Firenze. Appartamento spazioso e pulito, dotato di ogni comfort. Personale molto disponibile e con risposta immediata per info.

Pro: Good location, very comfortable bedrooms and a nice bottle of wine gifted on arrival.

Contro: Balcony was not like the pictures! High level of admin to check in to the property.

Pro: Great location, close to the metro and buses to get around. The property manager was great with communication.

Suited our group of 3 single women well.

Pro: Suited us well, nice central location. Lovely treat left by host. Easy to access apartment. Beds comfortable. Bathroom through the bedroom no issue for us. Good aircon.

Would stay again

Pro: The property was in an excellent location 10 minutes walk from the tram from the airport . Easy walking distance to the museum and other tourist attractions . The apartment was clean and comfortable The staff were very quick to respond to WhatsApp texts.

Contro: The only negative was the bathroom and toilet can only be accessed through the bedroom.

Pro: The house located super easy to find and it’s very close to city center. Highly recommended!

Contro: It was a bit hard to keep house warm but it was ok.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Pro: I stayed with my young family for a lovely weekend. Great location, very clean and good facilities. Really comfortable beds and lovely balcony. Key collection was really easy - I was worried about this as it was listed in some reviews but I chatted to the hosts in the build up (on Whatsapp) and they were really attentive.

Contro: The main bathroom was through the twin room, which was fine for us as a family. There was no safe.

Living Locally

Pro: The apartments were very comfortable and were nice and cool even during a time that was fairly hot in Florence. There was also air conditioning in all the rooms that really helped to take the edge off after spending all day walking around the town. The shower facilities were good and the beds were comfortable. The hosts communicated with us very clearly and well, and made you feel very welcome so we appreciated that. There was also a lot of good information kept in the booklets about the town and the history around you and we were given a bottle of wine to try. Also my partner was very pleased with being able to use a traditional mocha pot, it made the coffee taste delicious.

Contro: There wasn't too much that we didn't like, but there are a few things to probably be aware of. The one bathroom in the whole apartment is connected to the bedroom that has two singles in it. Meaning if you're staying in a double room, you have to go through the single bedroom in the middle of the night if you need to use the toilet. Not an issue too much if you have kids - but if you're a group of friends, you just need to get comfortable beforehand! Otherwise, great stay.
