Pro: Uno spazioso appartamento a 7 minuti dalla zona centrale, fornito di tutto ciò che occorre in vacanza, pulito e molto comodo, in particolare il letto! Consiglio vivamente

Pro: The apartment was newly renovated, nice and modern and very clean! The location was great, and only minutes walk to the center action. We were a family of 3, including our teenage son, and the apartment was perfect. We plan to visit Florence again and will definitely look to stay here again.

Contro: The only negative is the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so walking up the staircase with all the luggage is challenging, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Pro: Good location, neat and clean, with all the necessary amenities an apartment should have.

Contro: The sound insulation of the windows is almost non-existent, so I recommend bringing earplugs, as even seemingly minor street noise can be very loud in the room at night.

Feel like you own an apartment in Florence!

Pro: We loved that we were able to come into an apartment at the end of the day and feel like locals. We could do washing and, given that we had to do a bit of work on this trip, having a kitchen table far from the bedroom enabled us to work international hours without waking the other. We loved that there was a TV with streaming apps and a kitchen to prepare some meals and snacks to take out with us. There was lots of cupboard and storage space, power points and the apartment was bright and light.

Contro: Didn't love having to walk up 3 flights of stairs especially with our suitcase when we first arrived however, it didn't so us any harm after all the ice cream and other delicious food we ate.

Lovely place to stay would recommend

Pro: Very clean, well equipped, good location, responsive staff.

Contro: 3 flights of stairs no lift

Nice penthouse great location

Pro: Historical building very spacious and close to the city center very good price for the area. The stuff was very helpful and replied fast to my needs. I had to reach out to them because I was missing towels and bedsheets in the living room and they fix it immediately; there are small touches that they need to take care of other than that it would be perfect.

Contro: It could be a tiny bit cleaner, I was missing bedsheets and the extendable couch was not extended and I couldn’t do it myself. It was very stiff so I had to call them to come and prepare it for me which they did. It was very fast resolved. the kitchen also could use dish soap, dishwasher, proper coffee tablets for the coffee machine the ones that were there were for a different coffee machine..small details, other than that it was spacious and you were exactly in the middle of the city.

Pro: The apartment was spacious and very clean. Air conditioning was good.

Contro: The iron dial was broken only one heat and second remote for air conditioning did work.

Pro: Limpio, amplio, cómodo y muy céntrico. Recomendado

Contro: Estaba apagada la calefacción de la habitación cuando llegamos y estaba helado

Good enough

Pro: We enjoyed the kitchen and the location. Walk up is easy.

Contro: I live in NYC and read through the noise complaint reviews but it was much louder than anything in NYC. Also dust comes in through the windows and I felt it all on the bed by the third day even though we didn’t leave the windows open. Lots of mosquitoes in the apt as well.

Almost perfect

Pro: Spacious, good communication with staff, in a good location. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. The apartment has all you need for a few days stay with all necessary appliances.

Contro: Not the owner's fault, but just to give the heads up, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is no lift, and the stairs are kind of steep. It's something to take into consideration if there is someone with disability. Another thing, it was kind of cold during our stay and there was no blanket available. The air-conditioning is only for cooling and the heating is only for winter.
