Posizione fantastica, ma migliorabile.
Pro: Sicuramente in una posizione molto comoda. L'appartamento è carino e abbastanza accogliente. Il pavimento in cotto è fantastico.
Contro: Purtroppo la cucina è molto piccola, il piano cottura poco efficiente e l'attrezzatura disponibile è scarsa. Inoltre, il bagno è poco funzionale, con WC aderente alla parete e doccia piccola e poco comoda. Ultima pecca, terzo piano senza ascensore, poco accessibile per chi ha difficoltà.

Pro: Posizione ottima, vicina alle fermate del bus e possibilità di raggiungere il centro storico a piedi, appartenento gradevole.
Contro: Nulla, le uniche scomodità sono l'assenza dell'ascensore e del bidet ma viene annunciato in descrizione, quindi nessun problema

Monolocale perfetto a Firenze!
Pro: Un monolocale perfetto per un soggiorno a Firenze! Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città. L'appartamento è moderno, pulito e ben attrezzato, ideale per una coppia o un viaggiatore singolo. Ospitalità eccellente e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Informazioni disponibili e impeccabili! Pro: The location is perfect for visiting Florence. The apartment is very well equipped and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed staying in a picturesque building, typical of Florence. Communication was excellent!
Contro: In the bathroom, it is necessary to add a few accessories for toiletries.

Pro: Great location, walking distance to most attractions in Florence, plenty lovely restaurants nearby. Small kitchen to cook some breakfast or a homemade simple meal. Lovely decor in the flat. I loved staying there. Only thing to consider are the stairs as the flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. It wasn’t an issue for us, but for some with heavy luggage, elderly or disability it would not be an option.

Pro: Great Location to visit Florence only 12 min on foot to the Duomo, quite big apartement, modern bathroom, excellent wifi quality
Contro: The apartment door is only a wooden board so you can hear everyone outside and it does not feel safe. The neighboor sings and plays music in the morning.

Best decision. Location and amazing room!
Pro: Simple but perfect place to stay when exploring museums! We were really happy and amaized with the place. Very comfortable lacation for exploring old town! Everything is near. The room is amazing, anything you need is there. Really cozy and calm. Everything as written in the description.
Contro: The only thing that could be more space for things in the bathroom. But it's not the problem.

Exactly what we needed to visit Florence and the neighboring towns!
Pro: The location is perfect for visiting Florence. The room is very well equipped. It felt really nice to stay in a picturesque building, typical of Florence. Communication was excellent!
Contro: I read comments about the lack of heating. We actually found the air con unit in the bedroom to be more than sufficient for the room itself. An additional small heater for the bathroom would be great!

Great stay in a great location - we would love to come back :)
Pro: We had a great stay in the Pilastri APT. It‘s in a great location to explore the city by foot, no necessity for public transport at all. In the street next to it there are 3 parking garages, we personally recommend Garage Downtown, because it‘s the closest. The appartment is well equipped, it offers a small kitchen with a washing machine and a spacious bedroom. Everything was perfecty clean when we arrived, and even though it‘s located close to the center, it‘s pretty quiet and with the windows closed you don‘t hear any traffic. For the check in it‘s very uncomplicated, you will receive the instructions a few hours ahead of your arrival with a link.
Contro: It‘s in the 3rd floor without an elevator.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet appartement qui correspondait à nos attentes.
Pro: - Idéalement placé pour visiter le centre historique - Très propre, chambre spacieuse et lit confortable - calme - pour une soirée à proximité avec une ambiance sympa c'est au bout de la rue \
Contro: - Il serait souhaitable de signaler qu'il s'agit d'un 3 ème étage sans ascenseur - La procédure de pré enregistrement et de récupération du code d'accès est très fastidieuse - une chaise ou un fauteuil en plus serait souhaitable ainsi qu'une multiprise - une cafetière électrique avec filtre serait la bienvenue - pour 5 nuits il manquait des capsules de café et des sachets de thé.
