Pro: Appartamento molto carino e spazioso , pulito e centralissimo . L’host molto simpatico ed accogliente .

Contro: Purtroppo è un po’ rumoroso vista la Presenza di un locale proprio sotto alle Finestre. Basterebbe cambiare gli infissi per avere meno rumore.

Ottimo soggiorno

Pro: Appartamento in zona super centrale (a 200m dal duomo) a 15 minuti dalla stazione. Duccio è stato un host presente e risponde in tempi brevissimi. Appartamento pulito e confortevole, perfetto per una coppia.

Contro: L' appartamento è in una posizione super centrale (alle spalle del duomo) e di conseguenza vi è molto movimento durante la notte che potrebbe non facilitare il sonno. Altro consiglio è quello di cambiare i cuscini; il letto è fantastico ma i cuscini o sono troppo moribidi o troppo duri.

It was a short stay but with Duccio’s help we really maximised our experience.

Pro: Location was amazing- easy walk to everything in the centre of Florence. Our host was incredibly responsive to our requests for suggestions and the recommendations he provided were great.

Contro: We were aware that the street could be a little noisy, and this was the case, but our host did kindly provide earplugs.

Central location, very clean and tidy, very friendly host with great recommendations. Overall wonderful stay.

Pro: Very central location. Big room. Clear instructions for check in. Exactly as in the pictures. Friendly host, good local recommendations. Very clean and neat and tidy. Lovely shower.

Contro: It can get quite noisy from the busy street below and the rubbish trucks in the morning. Might we recommend ear plugs. Also no coffee supplies which is not the end of the world but it would have elevated the stay.

Pro: The location is spot on. Center of the city. If you're looking for a few days stay in Florence this place ticks all the boxes.

Pro: Genialna lokalizacja, wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje Florencji w zasięgu spaceru, blisko sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie. świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który był bardzo pomocny, rekomendował miejsca, dopytywał o komfort. bardzo dobra i czytelna instrukcja wejścia do apartamentu w dniu przyjazdu. pokój duży, wygodny i przestronny, łazienka trochę wymaga odświeżenia, ale czysta i wygodna, choć brakowało podstawki na mydło pod prysznicem. łóżko wygodne.

Contro: Choć się tego spodziewaliśmy, ponieważ czytaliśmy wcześniejsze opinie, niestety nad ranem nie dało się spać. Apartament w ogóle nie był dźwiękoszczelny i słychać było absolutnie wszystkie dźwięki z ulicy, szczególnie śmieciarkę, która opróżniała kosze tuż pod apartamentem punktualnie o 6.00 rano. dodatkowo wyposażenie kuchni można określić jako dość minimalistyczne. Wierzę, że gospodarz uzupełni wyposażenie, ponieważ mu to zgłosiliśmy. nie ma zmywarki z powodu braku miejsca w bardzo małej wnęce kuchennej.
