Consigliatissimo.
Pro: Appartamento come da descrizione. Posto centralissimo, tra il Duomo e piazza SS. Annunziata vicino a negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Presenza di un parcheggio a pagamento a 30 mt che avevamo prenotato, dove abbiamo lasciato l'auto per tutto il periodo per poi girare a piedi o con taxi. Cani accettati tranquillamente. Staff gentilissimo. Da consigliare. Da ritornarci.

Pro: I accidentally left my passport in the studio, but the hosts were incredibly helpful and promptly sent it back to me. I'm very grateful! The studio is in a fantastic location near the Duomo, surrounded by many excellent restaurants. Highly recommended!
Contro: Everything was great overall, though the shower area was a bit tight and lacked a shelf for soap.

A great nest looking over the city
Pro: The location is great, of course. near the Duomo, museo dell Accademia,... there are several shops and restaurants near by. The building has an elevator. The appartmant is on the 3 rd flour, so the vieu over the roofs is very nice. The bed is confortable, the kitchen is small but equiped with all the necesary things, microwave and cofee machine. The owners were great, they even brought me a mocca coffee maker and let us stay longer in the appartmant.

Great location - spacious apartment
Pro: The location can’t be beat - short walk to the Duomo and Conad City grocery, restaurants etc close by. The spacious apt is on the 3rd floor with an elevator and 2 secure doors. There’s a closet between the vestibule with the 2 doors where you’ll find the clothes drying rack, broom and dustpan etc. The kitchen is clean and compact. When we arrived there was no electric kettle or towel for drying dishes but a quick response from the host and these things were delivered and very much appreciated! Good lighting in the bathroom. The host was able to check us in a bit early which was also appreciated.
Contro: The mattress seemed a bit worn but was comfortable enough. The kitchen and bathroom floor could be cleaned better.

Pro: Perfecte locatie midden in oude centrum, airco was echt heel fijn met de hitte, lift was eerste ochtend defect dus koffer 3 etages naar boven moeten sjouwen, maar daarna gelukkig weer in orde grote kast van spullen met hang en leggedeelte, wasmachine en droogrek was ook heel fijn
Contro: Lift was bij aankomst defect, geen plankjes in de badkamer, dus je kon je spullen echt nergens kwijt, gebrek aan stopcontact naast de grote spiegel voor föhn, want paste niet op stopcontact in de badkamer

Pro: Riccardo es genial, súper amable, nos dejó hacer un late check out sin problemas. La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de todo, no se le pueden poner pegas. Para repetir sin dudas.
Contro: Por poner una pega, el único “fallo” que vimos es que no hay donde apoyar las cosas dentro de la ducha, hay que usar el suelo. Por lo bien que está lo demás, es un detalle sin importancia.

Pro: Impresionante ubicación, y muy buen precio para lo que son las estancias en Florencia. Tuvimos un problema con el calentador y nos lo solucionaron rápidamente.
Contro: Sinceramente, un poco más de limpieza en el suelo. No estaba limpio del todo.

Krásný apartmán v srdci Florencie.
Pro: Krásné ubytování v historickém centru Florencie. V posledním patře budovy, která má výtah, což nebývá samozřejmostí. Z okna částečný výhled na katedrálu a prakticky vás od ní dělí jen jedna ulice. Apartmán je pohodlný a má vše potřebné včetně klimatizace. kuchyňský kout trošičku stísněný, ale dobře vybavený. Postel je pohodlná, pokoj má velkou šatní skříň a dostatek úložných prostorů. Jediné nedostatky byly v koupelně, kde ve sprchovém koutě byla plíseň a umyvadlo mělo špatně fungující odtok. Pan majitel byl velmi milý a vstřícný, domluvili jsme se i přes jazykovou bariéru.
Contro: Čistota sprchového koutu a drobné opravy v koupelně.
