Pro: Appartamento centralissimo, pulito è attrezzato. Poco luminoso

Beautiful and elegant flat, but with a small lift up to it.

Pro: This was a beautiful flat with lots of space, very comfortable beds, excellent modern bathrooms, nice furniture and well designed decor.

Contro: Although the hosts had put lots in place to help people with mobility issues inside the flat itself, the lift up to the flat was really small (although not advertised as such) and we couldn't get our son's wheelchair in. We ended up taking him out, carrying him up and separately carrying the chair up and down the stairs each evening and morning. We were disappointed by this at first as we had informed the hosts that we had a son in a chair, and feel that the size of the lift should have been made aware to us, especially as this was one of the few flats advertised as disability accessible. We contacted one of the host's representatives about this and although she was polite and sympathetic, she was speaking on behalf of a larger company. They never contacted to see if things were fine during our stay, and she was only empowered to either give us a refund (we couldn't re-book at last minute in mid August with our requirements), or another flat which was double the price, with no discount. In other words, we were forced to make it work via physical effort/lifting, which we did, but we were very lucky it was on the first and not the fourth floor! The hosts need to make effort to communicate with those booking, about the technicalities of the lift, its size etc.

Pro: beautifully designed apartment, spacious easily for the 6 of us! loved the small garden area

Perfect for 4 in Florence!

Pro: Location is fantastic! Walking distance from the train station and 3 minutes to the Duomo scquare. 3 minutes also to the Accademia (to see Michelango's David). Wine window just around the corner! Plenty of osteria, trattoria & ristorante nearby. Good shopping and responsive hosts. Comfy beds & nice shower facilities. Nice to have a washer and a drier in the apartment.

Contro: Just a couple updates needed: replace the screen to the patio (it was really broken so we didn't use the patio), more silverware & basic kitchen stuff (toaster, towels). There is not a city view from this apartment but it is close & convenient to many places.

Pro: Quite apartment despite being so close to all the popular locations.

Contro: Nothing.

Great stay overall in Florence. Just a few minor issues with apartment.

Pro: Location was fine. The apartment was comfortable. Had an issue with the loft shower not draining and overflowing. Also collection of city tax was bothersome. Representative that came to collect was unpleasant and put out to have to get change. It would be more convenient to pay in advance or use Venmo.

Pro: La ubicación excelente. El apartamento está remodelado con detalles muy bonitos. Todo funciono muy bien!

Contro: La primera noche tuvimos mucho ruido de una disco cerca. Costó dormir...

Pro: Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo. La ducha tuvo un problema y a las pocas horas vinieron a arreglarla. La estancia muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento.

Contro: Al ser tan céntrico hay que aparcar en parking, por lo que el precio sube.

I do recommend, however, bring your blanky, towels and shower shoes.

Pro: Location is great, walking distance to everything to include the train station.

Contro: Although the apartment is nice and comfortable, it’s not well maintained. Sheets, towels and over all place needs a deep cleaning. Although when we called, management sent someone the next day to bring clean sheets and towels. Toilet and shower leaks.
