Lo consiglio!

Pro: La struttura si trova a due passi dal duomo e fermate dell autobus vicine, stazione 15 minuti a piedi. Appartamento nonostante si trovi in una posizione centrale è super silenzioso. Cucina ben fornita. Un plus per la macchinetta del caffè comune fuori dalla stanza.

Contro: Un po’ scomodo il bagno al piano superiore raggiungibile attraverso scale ripide

Contro: Il letto è un divano letto piuttosto cigolante. Il bagno è situato a un piano rialzato con una scala in pietra piuttosto ripida

lo staff di accoglienza molto gentile, sia telefonicamente che attraverso un link dettagliato.

Pro: posizione ottima, a 200 m. dal Duomo, silenzioso, posto in un palazzo antico molto suggestivo

A Perfect accommodation to make your holiday complete!

Pro: I can only say positive things about this accommodation - spacious apartment, impeccably clean, cosy, and very well taken care of and well maintained. The hosts were very kind and hospitable . This accommodation is located in an excellent position, a few steps away from the duomo, but still very quiet. Once you get back to the accommodation and close the door after a long day, you can just relax in this comfortable place.

Contro: Only 2 suggestions: 1. There's a need for a mirror in the bedroom to avoid having to go upstairs to the bathroom every time before going out. 2. There's a large wardrobe in the bedroom but it contains only shelves, so there is no space to hang any clothes.

Perfect location; very spacious, some issues with accessibility

Pro: The location was perfect, between the Duomo and the Academia, with plenty going on in the area (restaurants, bars, great cafe with excellent cakes just up the road). The apartment is very spacious with super-high ceiling and quiet as it overlooks the inner courtyard. I visited in late November and it was warm - no problem with heating.

Contro: The bathroom was very nice but it was accessed by a flight of steep, narrow stone stairs - not something you want to navigate when sleepy, in the middle of the night; or if you have any mobility issues/small child. It would have been good if the ad specified that. The flat is also accessed via steep stairs - it is in a historic building in the centre of Florence, so not suprprising; I just think that access issues need to be specified by property owners/managers. I didn't like being offered a discount on my next visit in exchange for a glowing review. It would be great to have a mirror downstairs so that you don't have to climb to the bathroom just to fix a hat or lipstick.

Pro: -Old building, appartment full of charm, well arranged inside -Position in Florence: close to the Duomo -Space inside: main room, corridor, stairs and bathroom -Height under ceiling

Contro: -Need to walk up the stairs, no elevator: it's on the first floor, but a high first floor (hystorical building) -Bed is next to the door and to the common lobby; if you have decent neighbours who don't make noise, it's OK; you can still hear however the main entrance door, when being used

A value for money stay In the heart of Florence

Pro: Spacious apartment within a few steps from Florence Cathedral. Superb location, nice street with a couple of great spots for breakfast (and late night drinks if so willing!). Hosts really friendly, and was super easy to organise check-in and check-out. Really good value for money considering the location.
