Pro: Posizione ideale, ristrutturazione impeccabile, fornito di tutto, ottima accoglienza, disponibilità al check out un'ora più tardi rispetto all'orario indicato, in considerazione del cambio ora legale nella notte tra sabato e domenica 28-29 marzo.

Contro: Unico neo la rumorosità della zona fino a notte inoltrata. Probabilmente non si può intervenire su questo aspetto, ma se fosse possibile l'appartamento sarebbe da 10 e lode.

A dream

Pro: It’s a dream to stay in this place - it makes you feel so special. I had the nicest time, everything was amazing, small details, kinds people, easy check in and check out. I couldn’t recommend it more. The only tiny downside that it can get a bit loud, but it’s so central that that’s something you should expect.

So Close to the Duomo… Almost!

Pro: The apartment is in a wonderful location, very close to the Accademia Gallery, which made exploring Florence very easy. The atmosphere felt very Florentine and charming. When we opened the window, we realized that if I were about 10 cm taller, I could probably see the Duomo’s dome perfectly — so close! The ceilings are beautifully high, which makes the apartment feel spacious, and it was also perfect for drying laundry during our stay. The staff member who helped us with the key handover was very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for such a lovely Florentine experience.

Beautiful, close to everything, spacious, felt like a local.

Pro: Beautiful, quiet, lots of space , steps from cafés supermarket, restaurants. The Domo 3 min walk, Uffizi 15 min walk if you don’t stop to buy gelato or window shop. Train station was 15 min walk but with our heavy bags took over 20 minutes. My kids loved the jacuzzi bathtub and we bought bubble bath soap to make it very fun. Host was very lovely. Gave us a a bottle of wine , showed us how to use everything. One of my kids accidentally turned off the water heater with the big sign “DO NOT TOUCH” and we didn’t have hot water for a little bit but I messaged the host and she was at the apartment in 30min to fix it. The sofa bed was actually more comfortable than the regular bed upstairs in the loft. Kitchen had everything we needed and washing machine was easy to use. We used the elevator only once because the apartment is on the 2nd floor (USA) , 1st floor for Europeans. Felt very safe .

Contro: I was worried the kids might fall down the stairs to the loft the whole time. There is AC and a portable fan but the space is so big it’s hard for the little air conditioner to cool such a big space. A 2nd fan would probably help keep both sleeping areas cool . It would have been nice to have a 2nd set of keys so me and my husband could go out separately.
