Pro: The apartment is located in the very center of Florence, near to landmarks, restaurants, fashion shops. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works right.

Spacious central apartment

Pro: Very spacious and clean with big living area and two separate bedrooms, comfortable beds. Central location, two minutes walk to the Duomo, 15 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio, 15 minutes to the train station, and tram direct from the airport. Great communication (in English) from the host.

Contro: The weather was extremely hot and there's no aircon due to the age of the building, but the fans helped at night. A bit tricky not having a kettle and using the cooker.

Great location in the heart of Firenze

Pro: Great location and very spacious accommodation. If you want to walk everywhere and explore the city by foot this is the place to stay. The host was very helpful over the phone and provided easy check-in.

Contro: The only down fall was it didn’t have air conditioning but they did provide 2 fans so we were okay.

Pro: Centre of everything! Easy to walk everywhere and only 10minutes walk from railway station. Nicco very responsive and Massimo gave us good places to go where the locals go for market.

Schön, zentral und gemütlich!

Pro: Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Für uns war es fein, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer gibt. Die Küche haben wir nur zum Kaffee kochen benutzt. Sehr praktisch ist es, dass ein Supermarkt direkt gegenüber der Eingangstüre ist - Selbstversorgung leicht gemacht! Es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war per WhatsApp gut erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend bei Fragen zu Check-in und Check-out. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Ich würde dieses Angebot wieder nutzen.

Contro: Für uns war es kein Problem, aber man sollte wissen: steile Treppen in den 2. Stock, kein Lift. Das Appartement liegt an einer belebten Straße (Fußgänger und Ladebetrieb für Geschäfte) und das ist auch zu hören.

Pro: Appartement avec beaucoup de charme,propre, spacieux et confortable. A proximité de tout. La personne qui nous a reçus était très agréable. Nous avons pu visiter Sienne en empruntant le bus à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Le tram est à 10 minutes aussi et vous emmène à l'aéroport. Tout peut être fait sans voiture. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Contro: Le bruit la nuit mais c'est normal étant donné l'emplacement du logement.
