Great apartment at the heart of the historical city

Pro: The location was very central, and the space was well presented with modern furniture and fittings. It was clean. The wooden ceiling and traditional windows and shutters gave a great sense of place.

Contro: It is in the middle of a buzzy street, with businesses and garbage collections, tourists and shops. Ear plugs are a good idea. On balance, I was happy with the location and accepted the noise as part of this. There is a waste sorting and disposal system in Florence, which could have been explained in precise detail. According to the local authorities, waste disposal is the apartment owners responsibility, but we would have been happy to do more with better information. We only had cold water for the last 19 hours and it wasn't apparent how we should heat the water. The apartment was on the second floor with no lift. It's a great apartment, but these issues might present problems for some guests.

Pro: comfortable and quite spacious - easy walk to everywhere - the atmosphere of piazza duomo

Contro: El sistema de Chekin/out es a través de un sistema digital con claves, fotos y cajas con códigos complejo en su funcionamiento. No hay contacto con ninguna persona en toda la estancia (no estaria mal si tenes un sistema telefónico de WhatsApp y mail en constante funcionamiento y las claves que te envíen funcionen. Sería conveniente que expliquen el sistema en la promoción para reservas antes de contratar. El ascensor no funcionaba.
