Pro: La casa è pulita e ampia e dotata di tutto quello che serve. La colazione della mattina è semplicemente superba.

Contro: Sinceramente nulla

Great central, well hosted, well equipped apartment at a budget price

Pro: Breakfast at the cafe overlooking the Duomo was great. Food was good with pastries, omelette and juice/coffee

Pro: 1. The location of the accommodation was excellent. It's perfectly situated for traveling to nearby cities, and our host Maria was extremely accommodating with check-in and check-out times, which made everything during our trip go smoothly. The property is directly accessible by tram from Florence Airport and within 5 minutes of the train station, making it very convenient for traveling to other regions from Florence. 2. The breakfast was excellent, and the host was very friendly. During our 3-night stay, they responded promptly to all our messages. Despite our very late check-in, they responded quickly and provided great assistance throughout our trip. 3. Outstanding value for money. The space is very spacious for the price, the bedding was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Contro: 1. Like many Italian accommodations in general, the property condition was somewhat dated. However, considering the price for a space that can accommodate four people, we thought it was acceptable. 2. It would be better for privacy if there were curtains or blinds in the kitchen area.

The property is located close to the train station. Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Pro: Delicious breakfast in a great location. The property is located very close to the train station. The room is spacious. Luggage storage is very convenient. Communication with the hosts was very quick.

Plenty of space in central Florence.

Pro: The bedrooms are nice and big and the kitchen has all things you need, even a washing machine. There is AC in both bedrooms and it works well as long as you don't start the washing machine at the same time (that is probably fixed now). You can see this accomodation in full if you go to youtube and search for karlmarkinternational and Novellino. There is a playlist of films from Italy and one of them show you all there is to see in this accomodation. The woman working for the landlord was very nice and communicative. Location of the apartment is great. We'd love to come back here some time.

Contro: We're not admirers of the robot-style check-in procedures. Here it's mostly robot, but partially personal. The cleaning people are also a bit confused, but they eventually get the work done so that was fine with us.

Wonderful Experience

Pro: Courteous, friendly, helpful- Maria. Met us, came whn asked. Location to station, was neaby. Could pack brkfast previous evng. Same B'rkfast venue if eat Lunch, Dinner one gets 30% off if informed earlier.

Contro: No microwave, washing machine sme issue, some arrangmnts for drying perhaps. Need to walk 1.1Km for breakfast but if u hve time Excellent location.

Nice location flat in Florence

Pro: Location is good and close to the main station. Breakfast is also good.

Contro: It is located on the ground floor so it is inevitably impacted by the sound from the trams, especially in the early morning. But it is not too bad. On the bright side, the flat is generally quiet.

Pro: Le Petit déjeuner était incroyable, le service dans le café de l'opéra franchement impeccable, très calme et confortable.

Desayuno con vistas y buena ubicación

Pro: El alojamiento incluye un desayuno espectacular con vistas directas a la cúpula de Brunelleschi, que se sirve en una cafetería asociada situada a unos 7/8 minutos caminando. Además, el día de salida puedes dejar allí las maletas el tiempo que necesites, algo que se agradece mucho. La ubicación fue perfecta, ya que está literalmente al lado de la estación de tren. María fue muy amable y estuvo siempre dispuesta a resolver cualquier duda.

Muy recomendable

Pro: Tiene una ubicación perfecta. Está a 2 min andando de la estación principal de trenes Santa Maria Novella. Zona muy tranquila. El apartamento está muy limpio, es amplio y las camas son muy cómodas. El Duomo está a 20 minutos andando. El apartamento incluye el desayuno en la cafetería L'Opera que está situada frente a la Catedral de Santa Maria de las Flores. Desayuno abundante y rico en un local muy bonito y en una zona privilegiada. También es de agradecer la comunicación fluida por WhatsApp con los propietarios del apartamento.

Contro: Nada digno de mención.
