Pro: Comodo e vicinissimo ai mezzi di trasporto, tram e bus. Molto vicino anche al centro di Firenze e molto comodo per il deposito bagagli dopo il check-out. Molto gentile il personale👍🏻

Posizione strategica

Pro: L'appartamento è posto in posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni, dalla stazione dei bus e dalle fermate dei tram. Ovviamente questo si paga con un po' di rumore che viene dalla strada ma che nel nostro caso non ha turbato il nostro riposo. L'appartamento è ben organizzato, unico ambiente molto ampio con un matrimoniale e un singolo e tavolo sedie e TV per gestire al meglio il tempo. La cucina è separata e la stanza guardaroba è stata molto utile. Bagno finestrato con grande doccia e molto bello, nonostante la misura ridotta Ottimo per qualche giorno di visita in città

Pro: Appartamento completo di ogni confort, accogliente e spazioso.

Contro: Posizione ottima rispetto alla stazione, ma a 15' buoni dal centro.

Expect the unexpected

Pro: I like the location, walking distance to the station and most tourist attractions.

Contro: The key collection is located 250m from the apartment. A bit inconvenient for us when we first arrive with bags in tow. We reached the apartment first from the station then had to walk 2 blocks further to get the keys. It would also be good if the toilet has a hand bidet. We Asians prefer washing using hand bidet.

Pro: I really liked the location and the bed was comfortable. The Aircon was a godsend as it was pretty humid on one of the days 👍.

Contro: It can be quite noisy due to the traffic from outside.

Pro: The place it’s super cool, confortable and spacious. You can find there everything you need. The location it’s so good m, you find the train station and the tram near the apartment. Although All places of interest are a maximum 15-minute walk away.

Fabulous location, spacious apartment

Pro: Location is fantastic, easy to walk into the centre of Florence, apartment is lovely inside, large, comfortable, good sized bathroom, just across the way from the train station. Welcome bottle of wine and water much appreciated I would stay here again if the check in process was simplified and if the WiFi worked

Contro: The online check in system sent to me a couple of days prior was onerous. The form was not working and a big fuss was made even though most of my details including passport, selfie, all information for myself was already provided and payment had already been taken. We had to arrange to meet one of the staff at the apartment to receive the keys, Federico helped us with our luggage, much appreciated as the lift wasn't working. On arrival he needed me to complete the information for the second guest (my mother) however, as the WiFi wasn't working he needed to do it on my mobile phone. He advised he would get someone to fix the WiFi, they did try but it was never fixed during our 4 night stay which was disappointing as I needed access to my work emails.
