Pro: One of the best apartments we’ve had in Italy! A lovely, very cosy and fully equipped place to spend time in Florence. Perfectly matched for our family of 4 (2 kids + adults), enough space and every single thing you need to have comfortable accommodation during the stay, including kitchen utensils, towels, bath and cosmetic stuff, WiFi. Great location close to the historical centre with all its famous monuments and castles, restaurants, railway station as well. Also I’d like to mention kind attitude, hospitality and support of owners who helped us a lot with bookings, taxi, restaurants etc. Grazie mille ♥️!!!

Best apartment in Florence

Pro: Mirella and Riccardo were amazing hosts 👏 the apartment had everything you could possibly need. It was exceptional in every way. Located immediately across the road from Santa Maria Train Station. Mirella kept in touch, and provided comprehensive and detailed instructions for entering the apartment building, and tge actual apartment. Comfortable King size bed, and double sofa bed, two bathrooms, which included many items like make-up remover wipes, body wash and shampoo, hair-dryer, first-aid kit. The kitchen included a 2 litre bottle of water in the fridge, filtered coffee, pod coffee, sugar, honey, lollies, and a complimentary bottle of red wine. Microwave, hot plate, and fully equipped kitchen. TV in both rooms with Netflix freely available. Washing machine and dryer, plus detergent; dishwasher, iron, ironing board and air-conditioning. Exceptionally clean, spacious and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Home away from home

Pro: Very good location. We stayed for 2nights and it is a home away from home! Hosts are very responsive, comfy stay over-all. Would stay again if we are in florence.

Pro: Thank you Mirela and Riccardo for making our visit to Florence so wonderful. A place to stay with a very strategic location, very close to Santa Maria Novella station and very neat, clean, spacious, modern, safe, comfortable and complete facilities. The residence is equipped with an automatic entrance gate, elevator, wifi, complete kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, restaurant suggestions, supermarkets and others. Even provided welcome wine. Mirela and Riccardo are also very responsive and quick to provide solutions to the things we need.

완벽한 피렌체의 나의 집

Pro: 위치, 청결도, 면적, 시설, 친절함, 뭐 하나 빠짐 없는 완벽한 스테이였습니다! Mirela& Riccardo가 방문전부터 불편함이 없도록 체크해주며 문의에 빠르게 대답해주었고 체크인하니 웰컴와인과 손편지까지 준비되어있어서 기분 좋은 여행을 시작할 수 있었어요.또 방 안의 시설에 대한 안내 책자가 매우 상세하게 작성되어있어 세탁기나 다른 시설들을 이용하는데 어려움이 없었고 정말 세심하게 집 안의 모든 것 (식기, 조미료, 세제, 욕실앞 물건을 둘 간이의자)이 준비되어있다고 느꼈습니다. 그리고 두 말할 것 없이 깨끗했고 집이 너무 넓어서(화장실 두 개!) 신혼부부가 쓰기에 행복했어요. 마지막으로 역에서 엎어지면 코가 닿을 위치까지 완벽했습니다. (창문 밖 뷰도 멋져요!)

The Best Stay in Florence

Pro: First and foremost, the apartment was immaculate and amazingly convenient. It is literally just across the street from the train station. Additionally, the Cathedral is around a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Additionally the apartment was also quiet. We never heard any sound from the trains or the street. Now, we get to the good part. This apartment was incredibly well appointed. The owners thought of everything you might need or want from books and games to maps. They even included a wonderful bottle of wine. If I haven't convinced you yet of what a wonderful place this is, let me conclude by saying it is the kind of place you will wish you could move into and live for a very long time.

Contro: I have nothing but positives about this apartment.
