Perfect location and good facilities

Pro: The location was perfect. Nearby train station and bus station so that you can go everywhere easily in Tuscany area.

Contro: During the daytime it is noisy outside but it is very common in this area but during night was quiet enough to sleep

Pro: We like everything. The unit has everything we need. The owner even gave a free bottle of red wine and cookies which was a surprise. The apartment was so comfy and location so convenient.

Contro: Nothing. If I must complain something, I will say if the washing machine cone with dryer will be perfect.

Pro: We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and located in a perfect area, close to everything we needed. The host was very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. We truly enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pro: Accommodation was a pictured, great to have a washing machine on hand. Was in a convenient location near a supermarket and many great restaurants as well as main train station. Host was very accommodating. Only downside but was easy to overcome was the smell on the main foyer but you didn’t smell this in room.

Short distance to train station and Dumo.

Pro: The property is well maintained and clean. It’s about 8 mins walking to the train station. There is a carefour express. It’s really nice of the owner to give us a complimentary wine. We didn’t drink it as we already have some when dinning. Thank You to Mr. Riccardo.

Contro: Close to the Street which can be noisy. After closing the widow, it’s better.

Pro: localização excelente, principalmente para nos que chegamos e partimos de trem, somente a alguns minutos da estação Santa Maria de Novella e a poucos minutos se vários restaurantes, bares e dos principais pontos turísticos de Firenze. As fotos mostram exatamente a realidade. um agradecimento especial ao Ricardo que nos recebeu e esteve sempre em contato conosco. Chegar e ter uma garrafa de vinho como cortesia foi realmente muito simpático.

Contro: estávamos em 3 mulheres, o apartamento poderia ter um espelho adicional ao do banheiro, único espelho disponível.
