Pro: Posizione centralissima e cortesia del proprietario

Pro: Tutto ottimo, posizione perfetta e appartamento accogliente e molto pulito.

Pro: la posizione è ottima ,in zona tranquilla, vicino alla stazione del treno e a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro.

Great Stay

Pro: Very clean house, spacious enough for four people. There was plenty of room to move around without bumping into each other. The hot water in the bathroom, the small kitchenette, the iron, and the a/c were great features. The room is close to the train station and about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the center, providing easy access to everything without much noise. You can also find great restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend staying here.

Contro: There is no lift (but at least the room is on the first floor) and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. The window faces the back area of the building.

Pro: Excellent location. Everywhere you walk from the apartment entrance is Florence at its best. Staff very friendly. Good Wi-Fi. I will definitely come back .

Super host who commuincated regularly, Apt was as described or better location is Perfect for us and

Pro: Our train from Venice was cancelled because of floods in Belonia, so we had to take bus to Florence, Our host stayed late and met us after 10PM to give tour of apt. keys etc. Location is only a few blocks from translation,

Contro: No complaints from us. Everything was excellent, very secure building and no problem with strange people which used to be the case around trainstations but no longer in Italy. In face we seen very little in the way of beggers or scam artistl like the guys with roses or bracelets which were everywhere 5 years ago.

Temiz bir ev

Pro: Ev sahibi ilgiliydi. Ev tertemizdi. Lokasyon olarak tren garına yürüyerek 5 dakika.

Contro: Banyo ufaktı.

Pro: Nähe zum Bahnhof, schlichte Einrichtung, perfekt sauber

Contro: Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr kompliziert. Wir mussten unterwegs eine Kopie unserer ID-Karten dem Vermieter schicken. Erst danach bekamen wir den Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Der Schlüsselkasten war an einem anderen Ort als die Unterkunft. Wenn man spät abends mit Gepäck ankommt, ist dies sehr beschwerlich. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr unpersönlich. Wir sahen nie eine Vermietperson.

Pro: The location is perfect, everything is clean and new A lot of stuff in the apartment

Contro: There weren’t any shelves in the bathroom, very uncomfortable

Pro: La ubicación genial, al lado de todo. . Cómodo, agradable, bastante silencioso, el baño bien equipado, toallas, jabones... bien situado, el anfitrión muy amable. La zona segura y muy buena opción por proximidad a la estación para poder viajar a otras ciudades y a 10 minutos andando del centro por zona llana.

Contro: El sofá cama resultó un poco incómodo. Echamos en falta algo algo de material de limpieza que no hubiera costado nada (escoba, estropajo, jabón lavavajillas...)
