Excellent location, very good facilities.

Pro: Excellent location, clean and quiet. Fairly well maintained - just a few minor issues.

Contro: There was a metal floor strip at the edge of the kitchen area which had lifted slightly and could be a trip hazard. It would be useful if there were some instructions for using the cooker - maybe a small note saying to turn on the gas on the wall, before trying to use it. Also the en suite shower holder wasn’t gripping the slider rail. Really only minor issues.

Pro: The apartment was very close to the train station and within walking distance to pretty much everything. It was clean and spacious.

Contro: There are times where you can hear noise from a tv through the walls in the evening, but other than that nice and quiet area

Great place to stay, has a working elevator for those of us to who overshopping on our holidays

Pro: Great location around the corner from the train station making it easy to get back and forth. Lots of space with 2 bathrooms and a nice kitchen.

Pro: Great location. Within walking distance to train station. Easy access to cafes. Shops

Perfect place for group of 4-6 people.

Pro: Very close location from Florence Train Station. Carrefour express closeby. Short walk into the city center. Airco in good condition.

Contro: Sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Magic location, quiet with very comfortable beds. Bit of a squeeze if your 16 stone like me.

Pro: Location was superb, the beds were very comfortable and the property was spotlessly clean. It was very quiet at night apart from late night arrival of other guests.

Contro: Small. For four young adults it would be great. For four full size adults it was a bit of a squeeze. Having to shuffle sideways to pass the bidet and toilet to get to the small shower in the en suite became a bit of a drag but partly my fault for being so fat. Bedroom two's only window looks onto the lift shaft.

Pro: The property is in a walking distance from all the main attractions. Plus we arrived by train at the Santa Maria Novella station and we got to the property in no time, on foot. The elevator is a major, major plus. It saved us from a lot of frustration, especially by having a baby pushchair with us. The apartment was fully equipped. The host was very present, through messages and her instructions were very clear.

Contro: We couldn't figure out the central heating thermostat. We found that the quick way to increase room temperature was to increaase the water temperature in the central. Then, leave it as it was.

Enjoyable

Pro: Location was great and the apartment was clean and nice.

Contro: Stairs are a killer.

Not my favourite but it was alright

Pro: The location is great! walking distance from the train station and very close (10 min walk) to the main tourist attractions. the place has all amenities needed and it has two bathrooms/showers, which is great when traveling as a group. the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s even a washing machine for emergencies.

Contro: 1- We requested to check in just one hour earlier and we were told it was fine but when we arrived, the flat was still being cleaned and it wasn’t ready so we had to wait there until the very annoyed cleaner finished and left, evidently there was broken communication between the flat admin and the cleaning company. 2- There’s an awful smell of sewage inside the building (NOT inside the flat). And after using the shower a strong smell of bleach can be perceived, I guess this is how they keep the drainage smell from coming inside the flat. 3- The bathrooms are long in length but small in width, a large/tall person wouldn’t fit in the en-suite, if you sit down in the loo, your knees would touch the wall in the front.

Great stay!

Pro: Loved the location as its close to the river Arno and santa maria novella. The general accommodation was fab.The property has a lift and was very clean, comfortable with good facilities. The hosts kept in contact to ensure we were happy with our stay. They allowed us to leave our bags prior to leaving. I would definitely return!

Contro: There seems to be an odd smell around the area in general, it's likely old drainage but this didn't bother us too much as it is not in the flat.
