Nice apartment close to public transport and city centre

Pro: Apartment with everything you need (kitchen appliances etc.). Close to the city centre (15min). Very close to the train station (3min). Clean. Nice and large rooms. The pictures show exactly what to expect.

A beautiful apartment in a great city

Pro: The apartment was lovely and very comfortable, with a big bed, it is fully equipped with a lift for access. The host was very friendly and helpful. The main sites are about 15 mins walk away.

Contro: The apartment is on a busy road junction, and it is noisy from about 06.00 each day even with the windows and shutters closed.

We were quite satisfied with everything for a three-night stay.

Pro: The fact that it was only a 5-minute walk from the train station was very convenient for us. Finding a building with an elevator in Florence is quite difficult, but the fact that this one was both a 15-minute walk from the center and had an elevator was extremely helpful. The room and living area were perfectly clean and sufficient in size for two people. The apartment building was located in a quiet and safe area, so we were very satisfied.

Dramatic stay at the Ruby Room

Pro: Francesco was very helpful. The apartment is nice and clean and in a good location. I also appreciated the washing machine and fully stocked apartment supplies.

Pro: Tolle Lage, unmittelbar beim Bahnhof, Busbahnhof und Tram vom/zum Flughafen. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum (Dom, Palazzo Vecchio). Es ist trotzdem recht ruhig in der Nacht. Kleiner Supermarkt gleich ums Eck. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Alles vorhanden auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Contro: Schlüsselübergabe war etwas kompliziert. Es gab ein Missverständnis, ob ein früherer Check-in möglich ist. Hat aber letztlich funktioniert.
