Pro: La struttura nuova e la host Mamta, molto gentile e disponibile.

Contro: Niente

Pro: Very clean, spacious and bright apartment. Comfortable beds, excellent location, so easy to catch buses, trams and trains, quiet apartment even though you are in such a central location. Very secure apartment as there are a number of processes to actually enter the building block first.

Contro: Because of my knees the stairs were hard. But my family was perfectly fine. I used hiking poles and managed very well to get around everywhere without limitation.

Excellent location, lovely apartment

Pro: The property is in a great location close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. It is light, spacious and clean and includes everything you need.

Great location - we would stay again.

Pro: It was modern and spacious. There were 2 bathrooms which was good for 6 adults. The location was great near to Santa Maria Novella train station. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the property too. Marco was very helpful too.

Contro: Small issues - we did not realise that there were two number 56 houses in the street but found it eventually. And a couple of the plug sockets made the lights go off, but nothing too major.

Cozy and homey

Pro: Overall, our stay at Otello Suite was very comfortable and felt just like home. There were 3 bedrooms, so me, my wife & our 3 children can have our own space. There were also 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. What we really appreciated was how close it was to the train station and we could simply walk to the property. During our stay, we didn’t need to use public transportation, as most tourist attractions were within walking distance. The location is also surrounded by many delicious food spots. Most importantly, thank you to the host for their warmth and kindness, especially for allowing us to store our luggage before check-in time.

Pro: Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Host was very welcoming. We had everything we needed and would stay there again.

Pro: The apartment is big enough with high window and cozy decoration and very convenient location

Contro: although only one floor but the floor is narrow， maybe a little bit hard for large suitcase

Pro: Loved it as it is very clean and towels and sheets were white. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. Toilet was also very clean. Location to train station was very good

Contro: Steps up to the apartment

Well equipped comfortable and spacious apartment with 3 rooms.

Pro: It was quiet once you get into the compound. In the mornings we are pleasantly awaken by the birds chirping. It’s useful to have a working kitchen and a small supermarket nearly made it easy to cook. There is no washing machine but there is a Landry that is very near.

Contro: The walk back from the downtown area was not that near for me, would have liked to be a little closer to town.
